Marrow is born from a love of timeless flavors and the tradition of gathering for hearty, soulful meals. Named for the rich essence hidden within bones, Marrow is a nod to the deeper things in life—the things that take time and care to reveal their true potential. At Marrow, the rotisserie and grill are the silent heroes in the kitchen, working behind the scenes to create dishes that honor the age-old craft of slow cooking with fire. Meat roasted to perfection, their flavors deepened by hours on the rotisserie, and expertly grilled with that perfect char. The menu is a tribute to the simplicity of well-prepared food.

Applause immediately for the sole fact they value HEALTHY and safe ingredients in all their dishes. I was so happy and impressed that they consider the customer in that regard. No seed oils? Sign me up all day every day. It IS possible to make delicious food with natural ingredients. The Lasagna was packed full of meat, the noodles had to have been homemade, they were so tender and beautifully done. I do wish the dish had more marinara sauce, but that’s a personal preference (I think it would have been better though with more). The Salmon was cooked to perfection and I loved the sauce surrounding the dish as well as the pistachio butter? So yummy. The crab cake appetizer was amazing! So flavorful. The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark for me was the bread pudding. Again, a personal preference, but bread pudding should be wet/mushy… this was a little too dry for me. Strong alcohol taste too? The mocktails we ordered were also fabulous! Can’t remember their names tho. Loved the service, Curtis was our server, he was attentive and always close by. The GM – Gren – was also the sweetest! The ambiance was peaceful and we even had our 1.5yr old! They accommodated us patiently and wonderfully. Can’t wait to return.

A new restaurant still figuring things out, but the service was top notch and corrected any issues the kitchen caused.

Food flavor was fantastic. The canoe is highly recommended as a fun appetizer you just can’t experience most places!

The short rib lasagna had some kitchen issues, but the flavor was on point and the problem rectified quickly. Something we would order again! My trout was delicious the sauce was complex. The only downside was the wild rice, it was cooked perfectly, but the texture just didn’t fit with the dish.

Cocktails were tasty, but not out of this world. They were $14+, I wanted more depth and a slightly bigger size. I felt a bit shorted on this, especially when a wonderland themed cocktail bar down the road is pushing out cocktails at the same price but at a much higher quality.

Food was good, but the price point is a bit high, I’m not sure I got what I paid for. Drop the prices 10-20% and it would be a much better experience and would happily return time and time again.

Was torn between a 4 and 5 star review here.

We went here for our anniversary dinner and really really liked the place. The ambiance is fantastic, not expecting the feel we did when we first pulled into the parking lot, but once you get inside, it’s awesome.

The food was fantastic, and the one thing that would push it up to a 5 star lock for us, would be to increase the portion size of the sides. The steak entree was fantastic, but could use one more piece of broccolini, maybe another once of Brussels, etc. That is just my two cents, like you go to Mahogany, or somewhere of equal caliber, the quantity of quality sides is just a bit higher. However, I will say this is nitpicking between a 4 and 5 star for me, this would never stop me from going back because the quality was fantastic.

Would highly recommend the roasted chicken or the steak. Definitely get that marrow boat, and enjoy your night. The ribeye over the prime rib every time.

The Canoe was so satisfying with its richness and unique presentation. I came here on a whim for my birthday celebration, and I’m so glad I did. Gretna needed a fine dining establishment and Marrow has exceeded my expectations. My main entree was rich with flavor and well prepared to my preferred temperature. The atmosphere was great and our server was very friendly. We will absolutely be back again!

Went with my husband for our anniversary on NYE. Food was delicious and something different than the neighboring restaurants in the area. The vibes are classy, drinks are a bit fancy for our taste but the steaks were done very well. Husband had the steak and lobster and I had the owners cut – both were absolutely delicious. Would definitely go again over the other “steakhouses” in Omaha. So happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!

Had reservations for NYE & was very disappointed. The place was beautiful, our server & the manager were very kind, cocktails/mocktails were delicious. But the food: not worth the money at all. I ordered the owners cut- the steak had 0 flavor & truffle fries were drenched in seasoning(too much). My friend also got the Fredo & it had 0 flavor to it as well. For the price & the taste/quality of the food, this is not a place I would recommend or return to unfortunately. There were 7 of us in our group & everyone was disappointed in their meals & left with unfulfilled stomachs. Also, as other reviews have mentioned they run out of things & had run out of 2 of the things we tried to order, so if there’s something on the menu you’re looking forward to, a late reservation is not the way to go.

First visit and would highly recommend. Drinks were well made, food was delicious, Andrew was excellent for service. We tried an assortment and were impressed with all of it and felt the quality was worth the price. Will be back to try the lunch menu!

Exceptional service and outstanding quality throughout. A beautiful, elevated dining experience with a great atmosphere. The sea bass was phenomenal. And plenty of gluten free options.

Nice new restaurant and excellent service throughout. Will be coming back to try more of their menu. Their house dressing on the salad is phenomenal – have to get it if you love vinegar/italian dressing. Pictured is the Chef’s cut wagyu and the Rarebit appetizer. Great flavors in their dishes overall. Not an actual complaint – but familiar to a lot of places is when a steak (in this case the filet) is ordered medium but comes out very medium rare; but they make sure to take care of their customers even those that are hesitant to send anything back. Only other critique would be maybe a slight overuse of black pepper. Prices are more than fair. Decent wine selection. Would recommend.

Loved it. We were here for new years. The Ribeye was fantastic. Perfectly done. The marrow canoes were great. The service was exceptional. Even though it was new years we did not feel rushed.
