Dale was absolutely incredible! He was so friendly, entertaining, and genuinely attentive the entire time. He checked in with us often, made sure we were taken care of, and talked with us like we were all friends. His kindness and great energy made the whole experience even better.
The food was bomb and the soup was great too! Dale kept giving us awesome recommendations, and everything he suggested was delicious. KPOT is just awesome overall.
If you want to know what’s good, ask for Dale — he’ll definitely take care of you! Highly recommend!

So, first things first…
Our server’s name was Amanda and she was fantastic!!! She made the entire experience better and was extremely hospitable, helpful, and kind. Thanks Amanda for taking our picture!
Regarding the rest of the review, the food and accompanying dishes at this location were great. We got the Korean BBQ only, but everything came out quickly and was very fresh. For folks reading, don’t be afraid to ask your server to turn your cooker up a little higher! They often start them low to get things going and need adjusted throughout your meal.
All the bars and sauces were great too. They also had good drink specials/prices and a nice selection!
The only downside of this visit was the hostess/reception. From the moment we walked in, the hostess had her face tethered to the screen in front of her. We stood there for almost 6 minutes before another employee came over; we had to tell them that we were waiting to get on the wait list while the guests to the right of us were trying to respond to their table text.
I have no idea what maneuvering could’ve been happening in that tablet that was more important than the line of 10-15 guests building up in front of that hostess. My advice to her would be to look up every 60-90 seconds to greet people and help them get a table.
Finally, the restrooms could’ve used some tlc. The soap dispensers were nearly empty and one of the stalls had zero toilet tissue. This was at 7 PM, so they may want to have staff check them mid rush. Easier said than done, I know.
Short of those two things, the experience was great. Again, our server Amanda made the situation better through her diligent service with a smile.

This location in Fairfax actually seemed to have more selections of food than the one in Falls Church. Maybe we just came at a time when they had new things on the menu. The apple mango soju mule was really good. Dale was very friendly and charismatic. We wouldn’t have known this location was here because we never paid attention to the sign from the street. They should maybe put the sign in a more noticeable place. Other than that, loved it

For my first time having this experience , I would definitely come back. Awesome experience! Dale was our server and he was amazing. Actually, that’s an understatement. Extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable on his recommendations. Give that man a raise! (Lol) I enjoyed every part of it. The sauce selections and buffet was a great add on to this buffet. Ice cream was the cherry on top. Every worker was polite and working hard. Didn’t see one slacker. The music was even good (lol) Love love love this place. You’ll be seeing me again.

This spot offered a wider selection of meats compared to other Korean BBQ places I’ve been to, which was a nice plus. They also allow a 2-hour dining limit instead of the usual 90 minutes, so the experience felt more relaxed. Ordering was super convenient thanks to the tablet at the table. Once we submitted our selections, the food arrived within about five minutes, making it easy to pace the meal and keep the grilling going.
We stuck with the barbecue option, though they do require the entire table to choose hot pot if anyone opts for it, which seems pretty standard for places that offer both. Our server and the rest of the team were friendly, attentive, and quick to refill drinks, clear plates, and help with cooking the meat.
Every so often, they do a birthday celebration where the servers sing loudly and bring out a cake. It’s fun if you’re into that kind of energy, but it can be a bit loud or distracting if you’re not.
Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our time here.

First time coming to this location and I definitely will be returning! My server Dale made sure to explain how everything worked since it was my first time and was super thorough on check ins, refills, and answering any other questions I had! Portions were great and service was quick. Best part was the piña colada pitcher!! Thank you again!

Everyone knows I love a good Korean BBQ meal, and of course a good Hot Pot. This was not my first KPOT location as I’ve visited a different location in Mississippi. That being said, for this location I already had high expectations. Did this location deliver?
I decided on giving their lunch buffet a try since I went for dinner at the Mississippi location. I got started with the Herbs broth for my broth selection, and indeed the wife and I ordered some meats. Most of KBBQ meats were seasoned well and I loved how the ordering system worked. You order food with a tablet, as much as you want-however the portions are individual size. This is great for my case because I eat more than my wife.
The sauce bar exceeded my expectations, especially since it was much bigger than the Mississippi location. There were many sauce selections-at least 12 selections which was about 7 at the other location, not to mention that this KPOT’s sauces where more delicious.
The appetizer bar was alright. That’s because some of the food was not fresh. Now I came with the wife right when the store opened, so respectfully I don’t want to hear anything about the owner reading this and coming up with an excuse of why the food was not fresh. We all make mistakes, it’s ok.
Anyway, “this is lunch buffet”, I had to keep reminding myself that while looking at the disappointing selection. There were fries, chicken nuggets, spring rolls, and chicken wings. The chicken wings looked like they had been sitting at the doctor’s office all day so there was no way I was going to try it.
The drinks were good. I of course ordered my old-fashioned, and they had my bourbon flavor so that was a huge positive for me. The Bartender did well with the flavor. The shots were also wonderful.
The Hot Pot food selection was excellent. I loved how there was still crab meat and fish available even though most of their seafood options are available at dinner.
Overall the food was great and the service was too. If you go to lunch here, the appetizers are not that great but you still get a good sauce bar and a good meat selection, including seafood. I will be back to try their dinner.

Good place to go with kids. Special discount for people having a birthday. Need to show ID to prove the it is real birthday. The staffs come with greetings and small pice of cake and sings a short song. Bit noisy but gives a good feelings.

Came here just for the kbbq. Service was fast and attentive for the most part, but food was very “mid”. The best meat option was the beef short rib aka galbi, but I feel like that is very hard to mess up. The brisket felt of cheap quality, not to even mention the steak that came out rock hard after cooking it properly. I’m sure that there are other factors like the temperature of the grill (which we did not control) and the lack of oil. However, the brisket was really the biggest disappointment. There was a lot of liquid that came out when cooked, making it hard to get crispy and cook evenly, resulting in chewy and dry meat. Unfortunately, it was the second time for my friend, who had the same complaint about the brisket from his first visit. I do not anticipate on returning.
