Great restaurant, great staff. This restaurant is part of the California EBT restaurant meals program. However, this makes it a hassle to pay almost impossible to use the kiosk. The managers are quick to help with the situation so five stars.

Food is excellent, hours are great, open in the lobby early you can get a good cup of coffee and the drive-thru is almost always packed so expect a bit of a wait. Hard-working crews and tasty food. They are polite and patient. You’ll need to ask them to use the restroom, however.

Also, the first kiosk in the lobby does not work for logging into your rewards / phone app. So generally everybody that lives around here just skips the first kiosk and goes to a different one. If you want to order at the counter, that’s also fine and you can use your rewards/phone app at the front counter too.

Fast and friendly service. Giving it a five because I stop by all the time on my way to oregon. Bathrooms clean and people friendly every time. Its not always perfect orders everytime but they go above n beyond correcting it.

I recently stopped by this McDonald’s joint during a road trip and had a positive experience. Initially, I tried to place an order through their app, but it seemed that ordering was only available for drive-through or curbside pickup. However, the issue was quickly resolved by their attentive staff.

The dining area was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. As expected, the food was consistent with the quality you’d find at any McDonald’s location.

It was a convenient and hassle-free pit stop with excellent service. I’d recommend this location to fellow travelers looking for a quick and satisfying meal.

I ordered at a kiosk. A young lady offered to helped me, but basically TOLD ME what my order should be, rather than me ordering.

After I at lunch, i was told that they have a 30 minute policy: order more every 30 minutes or GET OUT!

The teenage peon employees don’t listen, only try to talk over me when i’m trying to understand what this crazy policy is.Most of the time they just stand around talking with each other.

Frankly, i’m never going back into this McDonald’s store. Also considering not going to ANY McDonalds any more.

Seen and read nothing but bad reviews on this store. Corporate McDonalds should consider getting out of their contract with the store licensees.

Every McDonald’s is ever evolving, as of right now this location doesn’t have free refills, but at least they didn’t skip anything on my order like what happened at other locations. Anyways, if I knew they didn’t have refills I definitely would not have gone here, however I appreciate that they put the right amount of things specified in the order. Unrelated to my experience I totally saw someone flip out because of ranch, I’m not even sure who’s right there… But I myself have never been charged for ranch so I almost understand why that guy was not happy, like I guess it doesn’t take much to threaten to call the cops on a customer, that really surprised me, like he wasn’t that bad until that happened

Walked in and ordered some items wanted to speak to a real person but everybody was busy so I had to use the kiosk which I’m old school I like to actually talk to a person face-to-face. The atmosphere seem nice the facility was clean inside and out the McDonald’s I went to and I think all McDonald’s the same taste as they used to back in the day. Service was okay wasn’t over the top polite but like I said it was lunch time so it did take a little longer for me to get my order but that’s to be expected overall would I go back there again yes but I don’t eat out very much.

To Owner Diane Gosh A Very Horrible experience. At McDonalds at 801 E Cypress. Redding Ca I came in for Service, ( breakfast..) I gave my card to the manager at the window we are moving in the vicinity of Redding CA. The Manager refuse service to us. I try to explain a wrong pin number was put and we came inside to correct number .

I’m 75 years old and told her that the number was not correct at the window of service

In my whole life I have never experienced such rudeness . When we came in and we order our meal though a Very Nice second Manager. Hispanic.

The first Manager yell at me Crab my Arm as I was pulling out my Card. And hurt me. I will be talking to my Attorney .of physical abuse., Crabbing my arm . That was so unessasary . I am not here to cause conflict. .

The Owner please Correct this Matter. It can be serious I was tolded she has done this to Others customers by second Manager. Respect is needed. Patience & kindness goes a long way. Mrs. Graziano Thank you

Worst service in a mcdonalds ever!! Counter guys struggled with taking my order, the lady who brought me my food was rude, I asked for bags to help carry my order as I was walking a short distance and was met with an eye roll and then the bags were all but thrown at me. No straws or napkins, had to reach around the counter to get them.. having been a dept.manager for this location in the past I am seriously disappointed with how this store is being run. And then there is the little fact that not only is the cost of the food gone up so much that it makes going to mcdonalds not worth it anymore when I can spend the same price at any other fast food place and get better food, but now you cant even get refills when you eat in… mcdonalds just isn’t worth going to anymore, and more so when the service is terribly below standard… Will not be coming back

The Kiosk makes the ordering experience absolutely miserable. Maybe someday the corporate overlords will someday bring back human customer service where I could actually order from another human being once again. Screw McDonald’s!
