We stopped by IHOP late at night after a movie and ordered the banana & raspberry buttermilk pancakes, topped with a generous amount of whipped cream and butter. We also got a plain waffle with butter. Once you pour on the maple syrup or pecan syrup, the waffles and pancakes together are absolute heaven — sweet, fluffy, and satisfying.
A big plus is that this location stays open until 1:00 a.m., which worked perfectly for a late-night bite.
The only downside was the service. Our server wasn’t great and seemed annoyed that we arrived around 12:20 a.m., even though there were still 40 minutes left before closing. The attitude definitely took away from the experience, and that’s why we didn’t leave a tip.
Overall, the food was really good, especially for a late-night craving, but the service needs improvement.

Server was relatively attentive just took an extended period of time after being seated. Bathroom doors have combination locks hope you dont need to utilize it before being seated and ordering. Exterior and interiors is worn. Food was subpar, egg were not cooked the way that was asked, bacon tasted weird, hash was bland and pancakes were dry.

This IHOP is by far one of the best locations. Ample and clean dining space. The food is consistent with great taste and quality. The customer service is perhaps the best aspect of this location, specifically speaking of the evening shift, from the professional and respectful hostess to the attentive servers.

This IHOP location is just okay. I wish there was a 3.5 rating, it was not quite a 4 but not a straight 3 for me. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, which was nice. Our server was very nice. Our food took over 30 minutes for 1 adult and 2 kids which I thought was a bit long given that they were not very busy. My veggie egg white omelette was ok. Kids enjoyed pancakes. They ate them all. Shrimp were rubbery and lacked taste.

We had a great time here. The food was awesome and the facilities were very decent. I wish all hotels had an Ihop on their first floor. And best of all, our server Helen was excellent. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken cared off. Even though the restaurant was a little empty, the rest of the staff kept themselves busy by cleaning. Will come back if we are in the area for sure!

Let me start off by just saying I love the food here, but I understand when it gets busy things can get hectic And the workers can Over read or forget . I waited three hours for my food via DoorDash. I specifically put on the order, no mushrooms and no onions because I’m allergic to both. My food arrive three hours later to my home. With mushrooms and onions on it. I am now going to get the court involved because this isn’t the first time it happened. This isn’t the third time it happened.

We stayed at a Fairfield/Marriott and we received free Breakfast Vouchers. Was greeted promptly, very nice Sat immediately, very nice. Ordered scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns,pancakes and coffee. Eggs were cold. Bacon not cooked thoroughly, toast cold, butter frozen and pancakes so cold that it wouldn’t even melt butter.

Good IHOP! Ample parking. Connected to a hotel so can get packed quickly at peak hours. Hard to open outer door if elderly &/or using assistive devices. I’ve ordered takeout a number of times. My order is usually correct but always good to check.
My last order was really good — easy to order & pay online, easy to pick up & tasty (though they like to make their hashbrowns extra crispy even if not ordered that way). Nice service!
