Ever since Matt the bartender left their drinks have really suffered. Ordered their marg of the month and it tasted like pure sweet and sour and it was ALL ice. I literally only had two sips out of it and it was done.
That being said.. the waitress – especially Brandi are all amazing. Brandi goes out of her way to keep us happy. We’re regulars and she’s one the main reasons we still come here now that Portland has better bar options. Chili has more competition and they need to correct this bartending issue.

Normally service is right on par with the food, but not tonight. We went to dinner with the kiddos as a treat since we’ve been eating at home more. Well after an appetizer and the kids order was placed the server disappeared. Didn’t come back for our order, didn’t come back for drink refills. Other servers came and helped clear plates from appetizers but that was it. Our kiddos finished their meals and then our server reappeared. Our kiddos are 10 yrs and 18 months so take that into account for how long our server was gone. We paid for their meals and left to get our dinner elsewhere. Not upset, just disappointed. IYKYK

Our waitress, Kim, was very professional, helpful, and attentive. Made sure all her tables had their drinks full, and we were happy when we left. Even with the “needy” customers next to us, she never seemed frustrated

Liz was amazing with my family and I she went above and beyond to help fulfil our families needs. She looked a lot more happy and presentable to be there than some of the other servers I had seen there. She is awesome!!! Request her next time and you’ll be laughing at dinner all night!!

Server barely came around for refills but did serve most of the table’s food at a responsible time.
My own food, plus my appetizer came out late.
My cheese fries were cold and clumped together, my hot plate fajitas of chicken/shrimp/steak came out warm at best. I couldn’t finish anything because of the disappointment so I took it to go to microwave it to a decent temperature. All of that for over $30. Not planning on coming back.

This was the most unorganized Chili’s we’ve ever been in. They were busy but I’m sure that happens on the daily. I knew as soon as we walked in we should have gone elsewhere. We were seated in minutes but sat at our table for a good 10 minutes before we grabbed the server from the table next to us to get things rolling. He took our drink order & found our actual server. The food was OK, the service was lacking & the restaurant itself had a negative vibe as soon as we walked in.

Kim was awesome greeting us with a wonderful smile and was happy to cater to us . she put the S in satisfaction and made sure me and my kids were good the whole night definitely request hur your next visit and I’m sure you’ll leave with a smile as big as hurs no doubt

I can not rate the food here because we left. I guess I should have asked before they took us to our table but we wanted a booth and the gentleman took us to a table. We asked if we could have a booth and even said we would take one of the 2 person smaller booths. He said it was his first night so he would have to ask. When he came back he said I’m sorry this is all we have right now. It wasn’t his fault as he was just following the girls instructions. But they had plenty of booths open. At least 5 regular booths and several smaller ones. It didn’t make any sense to us so we said we were leaving. We have been to many Chili’s during our travels. It’s one of our favorite restaurants. And they never had a problem seating us where we wanted.

Went in tonight and witnessed some manager or boss idk exactly what his position was but being extremely unprofessional. I can tell the staff works hard in there because I had a great server, my food was amazing and the hostess was a ray of sunshine. I believe her name was Amber. But something needs to be done about the lack of professionalism I saw coming from whoever that man was.
