Chick-fil-a quality has been going down for a while, but this location has failed me over the years. I don’t know why I keep giving them another chance, but that ends today. I don’t trust Chick-fil-a anymore with my health and safety. I’m fed up with wasting money on food that usually goes into the trash. Chick-fil-a used to be known for their quality and freshness, but everything I get is either cold or reheated until it’s hard as a rock. I just got handed something so stale I couldn’t bite into it. It also was cold like it had been sitting out for a long while. I know what it’s like to pop a piece of breakfast sausage into the microwave and accidently heat it up too much. That’s what they basically gave me. I can’t even eat their chicken sandwiches anymore because it’s like biting into a thin piece of rubber. Their food doesn’t even taste like real food anymore. But this location is the absolute worse when it comes to quality. Everything they hand you is inedible.
Today as I mourn the loss of my old dog, I wanted to treat myself and not have to cook. I was picturing their soft, warm biscuit sandwich. But what they handed me was hard as a rock. I tried to eat it, but spit it back out and tossed everything in the trash. It definitely looked reheated from the day before or longer. I didn’t feel safe eating it. I tried heating it up but the egg defiantly has that “reheated” old and not fresh texture, and rubbery. Doesn’t taste like real egg at all. The biscuit of their past I remember is moist and falling apart in my hands, not trying to break my teeth.
What is going on with Chick-fil-a? Did they change their breakfast too for something cheap, gross and fake? Did they really hand me days-old food? I refuse to throw away my money to a company who just doesn’t care anymore. I would stay far away from this location.

Tables were dirty and there was nowhere else to sit. Worst part was the poorly chopped pink and slimy brown bits throughout the salad. I really hope I don’t get sick, or I will be letting the health department know. I will not be eating at this location ever again.

Yes, one star – because the size of this ice cream cone is ridiculous. When asked if this was a proper portion the response was, “Yes, we’ve been asked to watch our portion sizes.” What??!! As much money as we all spend at this place, surely a proper portioned ice cream cone would not put them out of business. Sure it’s just ice cream, but its such a turn off (when my family of four routinely drops north of $50 at this place) to think they would be so miserly to think this was ideal. So obnoxious.

I come here alot and have been customer for years. I typically love this place. But as of recently when ordering doordash, i noticed stickers arent covering the lids. Ive had issues with drivers tampering with my drink (which is not chicfilas fault). The problem is that when i asked about this, their team told me theyll only cover drinks with stickers when they themselves deliver, but not for doordash drivers. When i asked if i could request it on my doordash orders, a girl told me “no, because we will just forget” seems odd not to do it if i just ask? In addition why is this not policy? It would help customers know if there is tampering, it would help the company reduce liability if they are the ones covering up the drinks, instead if its tampered with then how do i know if its a driver or employee?
If its policy for chicfila deliveries, it should be policy for doordash. That doesnt make sense. And it makes me worried to spend my money on this option for lunches now because i cant trust that my items will be protected. In addition, if its policy to tape bags like mine was for doordash, again it should be fro drinks as well. They need to do better.

I have a problem. The person at the cash register was extremely friendly, so i was going to leave a good review for her, but then the person who brought me my food was super friendly, then the person that clean my table with super friendly, then the person that refilled my coffee was friendly, and then I just realized that everyone in this entire building is extremely friendly, kind and hard-working. Every single person at this location deserves massive accolades and whoever is in charge of hiring is a genius.

Another delicious and terrific customer experince at NORTHGATE.
Boom! Another home run hit with this Chick-fil-A! Great and clean atmosphere, service as if I was seated in a 5 Star restaurant, happy and professional employees everywhere. As always, a terrific, delicious lunch and a fun place to be and eat anytime. Restaurant operator, Trace Gutteridge, can be proud of his team and his great store!

The kids area is 3 and under, which is all well and good – except for the girl that works here, with multiple kids which are easily double that age limit. Said kids trample over all the actual little kids. Sorry, but this place is not your daycare.

Deceptive marketing as Coke Float advertised as a large container but in reality it is smaller than a small drink and it was $4.95. Very disappointed in Chick-Fil-A given the integrity of the Founders…..We have stopped going to Chick-Fil -A and will no longer eat any any of their food.
