For Phat Phuc Noodle Bar, this is proper comfort food done right.
This small but constantly busy noodle bar is popular for a reason. There is usually a queue, and once you see the food coming out, it makes perfect sense. It feels authentic, focused, and unapologetically about flavour rather than presentation.
I had the Chicken Laksa, and it was genuinely excellent. The broth was rich, aromatic and deeply flavourful, with just the right balance of creaminess and spice. The chicken was tender, well cooked and generous in portion, and the toppings added great texture. Everything felt freshly made, warming and incredibly satisfying. The crispy elements on top were spot on, adding crunch without being greasy.
Portion size was generous and the price felt fair for the quality and depth of flavour. This is honest food done properly, no gimmicks, just bold flavours that deliver exactly what you expect.
Service was quick and efficient, which suits the place perfectly, and the atmosphere is lively and authentic. This is not somewhere you linger for hours, it is somewhere you go for a seriously good bowl of noodles.

Delicious food and such a good price, especially considering the area that it’s in. We had to wait about 25 at peak time on a Saturday – the queue moves quite quickly so don’t be put off when you see the line.
Really good portion size and really tasty! It’s not too spicy either.

Had a truly amazing experience with my girlfriend, brother, and best friend. We were sitting in the back room which didn’t look super nice but the food was truly amazing. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
The menu has few items but definitely know how to deliver. The portions are quite filling. The food is amazing and I definitely recommend it.
The queue might get long but we got lucky and didn’t have to wait for too long.

Lively outdoor atmosphere with good food. Can recommend the Laksa with rice noodles + prawns and the rice with pork. We didn’t like the egg noodles as much. Also their custard buns were delicious!

Love the name and was happy to go straight in at opening as it’s usually lined up around the block whenever I’ve passed by. Great value!! I’ve eaten at many pho places and found the pho pretty “safe” and/or “vanilla” eg no tendon, rare beef or tripe. My food rating is lower because of this. The duck pancakes were excellent!! Very dog friendly is an added bonus.

Love everything about this place. It’s right on the street with outdoor seating and feels really authentic. The staff are lovely and welcoming. It’s on the expensive side but that’s the area and it’s definitely worth it if you sit in. The portions are great too.
I loved the prawn dim sum, honestly one of my favourites ever. The noodles were good as well but next time I’ll probably go for a curry or something with a bit more tofu and veggies. All in all it was a great experience and I really love what they’re doing here.

You’ll spot this gem by the long queue spilling out from the distinctive red tent, it feels straight out of an outdoor food court in Malaysia! The wait is worth it; the line moves steadily and the service is incredibly fast once you’re seated. As someone who spent seven years in Asia, I was genuinely impressed by how authentic the flavors are.
Highly recommend the prawn dumplings, savory pork buns, and the rich, comforting bowls of laksa and pho.

i saw that the laksa here was trending online so i came down to try. it was overall a good bowl of noodles, but it was not authentic laksa (i am singaporean). these are some suggestions / thoughts that i have about the dish:
1. it tasted more like curry chicken noodles because of how creamy it was
2. rice vermicelli noodles should be used instead to make laksa
3. could have added some sambal to add more flavour to the fish
overall, it was still a flavourful bowl of noodles and i liked the broth but it was just not authentic. however, the atmosphere here was quite nice and it was great for the cold weather

Delicious hidden gem in chelsea. Food was incredible and really big portions so great value for money! Seating is outside but still super warm so perfect no matter what the weather! Great, quick service. Love this place

First time trying an Asian restaurant, Phat Phuc Noodle Bar.
I had the prawn laksa, and the taste was really good – very delicious!
However, it cost £14 which I think is a bit overpriced.
Also, they don’t serve halal meat, so I only tried the seafood option.
Overall, I enjoyed the food but not sure it’s worth the price.
