Since they asked, I enjoyed the food it was my first time at a Bob Evans, the gravy fries were amazing, my only complaint is the server forgot to bring us one of our meals since it was delayed and then it had been sitting at the counter for quite a bit of time. Otherwise fantastic.

I placed my order, did the online processing and set a time for 11:30 AM, I had to sit there and wait until 11:49, 19 minutes past the time.
Also had to deal with a very rude older female waitress.
If I order again, I will just pay uber the services. No tip from me to then again. I won’t go in again as I don’t feel like that waitress provides a comfortable setting…
Waitresses like that, are the reason why Uber is doing so well. With Customer Service like that, a restaurant will be reduced just to a kitchen and no service.

The food is great. Love the chicken salad sandwich. Best for Sunday Brunch and a very family friendly environment.

I went for breakfast with my boyfriend there today, and Destiny was the waitress taking care of our orders. She was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
The food was also warm and good.
Thank you, we’ll definitely go there again!

I was at Bob evans last Monday, I really enjoy going to this location but service has been unwelcoming but this experience on Monday was amazing due to our server Natalie. She never made us wait for anything and she was on top of it. She was very pleasant and welcomed us kind heartily. She didn’t just wait on us, she actually got to know us and respected us. I understand servers have many tables and customers but when someone genuinely takes the time just to see how you’re doing, really takes customer service to another level. My orders were put in correctly and my food was fresh.

My husband & I took our adult Son for Christmas Eve Brunch at Bob Evans Monroeville. We were first standing at the Host seating waiting to be seated for 25 minutes. Our Son is in Long Term Care Facility and has Traumatic Brain Injury & left side parylasis and in a wheelchair. The lady behind me after her being there standing 20 minutes and noone come to seat us went to the Bakery counter and told them how long we all been waiting to be seated and noone has even acknowledged any of us with the line going out the door. After finally being seated there was two tables occupied total . It seemed like all they were worried about was Pre Ordered Carry Out orders. I had called several days ahead to make sure they were serving dine in Traditional Christmas Dinner and the guy told me yes on Christmas Eve but they were closed Christmas Day. So we opted for Christmas Eve Bruch arriving at 12:10 pm.Finally, Seated at 12:38 pm. Then we were told they were not serving dining in Celebration Dinner. I asked for a Manager & about 15 minutes went by and Manager Julie came to my table. I took her away from other customers to speak to her about the seating wait and the Celebration Dinner the server said wasnt available. The manager said itvwas available and she would revise our order and apologized for the wait. We waited an additional 43 minutes for our foid to arrive and EVERYTHING was cold( turkey, ham, mashed potaoes & gravy , stuffin & rolls. NOTHING was even lukewarm! I went to the counter to our server Ciara ( OUR SEVER WAS GREAT) and told her and she took the plates to the cook. The cook (Willy) shrugged his shoulders and said I can put it in the microwave. The server said she can see and hear you. He then shrug and threw his arm out and said ” I dont care”. At which point I ask for the manager (Julie) again. I stood there for 20 minutes at the counter and 4 different servers went to the Manager requesting her to come to the counter to speak to me. Meanwhile, the cook “Willy” aka William told another female worker “she can kiss my axx”.How unprofessional and disrespectful. Finally, my husband sitting with our son went and got the manager himself and she told me hold on let me talk to this lady and Ill be right back. A few minutes later she came back the server and I told her all the above and she said ” im sorry AGAIN” but said she would remske our food herself. We get our food finally at 3:05 pm and our meals were to include mac & cheese and it wasnt on our plates. We made our server aware. She went back and came back and said they were out of mac & cheese. Three hours to be seated and get our food ! It was ridiculous. The server ciara was great and felt so bad. None of us ate breakfast or lunch because we were there at noon for Christmas Eve Brunch. By the time we got our food our Son was only able to eat a quarter of his food because he had to be signed back in at 3:30pm at his facility. So we had to box it and go. It wasnt too busy in dine in . Everyone was complaining about the wait to be seated, the quality of food and the staff & managements ” oh well sorry ” attitude about it all. Even people were complaining for the Pre Orders because they were not correct orders or out of what should of been in their pre meal orders. The deducted bills but what a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Christmas Holiday Meal experience. Do yourself a favor …find somewhere else to eat. This was our Sons Christmas meal with us and I was livid and im a very reasonable and understanding person. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible quality food . Both meals brought to our table were ice cold . For how expensive meals are here , I’d expect edible food. Only good thing was our waitress . She provided excellent service.
Edit : reached out to Bob Evans and they only refunded 1/3 of the meal. Absolutely a joke of customer service. Will not be going to a BE ever again . AVOID Bob Evans unless you want to waste your money .

I usually love Bob Evans. I always want to go there for breakfast. Yesterday was not so great. We waited awhile for a table. Waitress was wonderful but we ordered a bowl of oatmeal and sausage gravy and biscuits. Everyone around us got their order. Finally the waitress said she’s so sorry but they have no oatmeal. So we ordered eggs. She came back and said they found oatmeal do you still want eggs. She finally brought the order but the sausage gravy was luke warm and half a cup. Not even a full cup. We were there for over an hour and it wasn’t even crowded. We were very disappointed yesterday. I hope the kitchen does better next time.

Wow. I am Not really sure where to start. Okay, this was veterans day during their special supposedly. For the military. The front end People seemed upbeat nice friendly, like it actually mattered their job, not just because it was Veterans Day. So the front end staff, I felt did fairly good. I ended up having to leave because I waited for an hour and 10 minutes and I ended up having to make an appointment that I had. So I came back ended up. Waiting another 40 minutes. Then, when I get moved into the other side of the room where my single table was because I was alone I seen 6 tables empty. These were four people chairs, 5 and six people chairs and a few booths. So I’m thinking all these people out in there wanted to sit down, and there’s groups of 4 or 5 or 6. I can understand. I’m trying to control everything. So the cooks and the waitresses can keep up, but that was a little extreme. So I didn’t appreciate that cuz.I was one of those people waiting for extra periods of time. So I was given the menu of what we’re allowed to choose from the limited menu that it was so it was pretty much there five ninety nine menu.So I asked the waitress, what drinks came with that? And she said, all the regular drinks are available. So I asked her coffee, and she said, yes, i’m like cool.I’ll take coffee. So I get my coffee. It was actually hot, it actually was very good coffee, actually. She took my order.I asked for dry toast cuz.I can’t have butter cuz.I’m lactose intolerant and asked for my scrambled.Eggs done so, they’re not running.I wanted them done what they call hard and my hash browns are ordered.I told her to burn them because I wanted them extra extra crispy. So she says, okay, I’ll say, do you guys get orders for them?Cook that way a lot of times she says yeah. Most people want them done that.Well, so I was like cool.I’m telling you actually how everything happened, because it all kind of falls together. Then, falls apart at the same time. This was not a good visit. So about 35 minutes later. My food arrives The plate was scorching hot. I never had that experience before. I mean, on the grill smoldering hot. I could feel the heat coming off of it extremely dangerous. So I’m assuming they had that plate under the lights or something. Because my hash Browns were soggy, meaning they probably were crispy but now they got wet from moisture. The eggs had a hard top. Shell that I couldn’t even cut through. So they got overcooked, the top part probably was sitting underneath the lights. Why is the sitting underneath the lights? When I’ve been waiting so long for my food, I have no idea. So then I asked her for jelly ketchup hot sauce. She forgot my toast. So I’m waiting for that. My dinner’s getting cold. I can’t even enjoy it altogether. She brings my toast out and it’s cooked or toasted. So hard, it’s like a brick. I asked for the jelly again so finally I get the jelly find I get the ketchup and hot sauce. Finally It couldn’t be brought all at once so no care or consideration that I want to eat all my food together. Not in stages, cuz I don’t eat that way. I eat a little bit of everything at a time. So that totally destroyed my meal. The bread was so hard, I couldn’t even bite into it. So I ate part of one and left the rest of the other one. And I was just annoyed, the eggs were hard to eat. Are they practically using knife to cut through a scrambled egg?Because the top got way overcooked, this wasn’t a good meal at all.Everything went bad.I didn’t even get a refill of coffee till I was like ninety percent done with my food and they so when I was finally done I just I left whatever food.I didn’t eat.I just left it there and I just got up and she caught me halfway to the cash register. She says, were you ready to leave?I was like, yeah, and she gave me a bill.I was like, I thought the meal was free and she says, well you had coffee.I was like you said that was part of the meal.So I get a front, and charged $3.73 for a coffee. I thought was part of the deal ouch. The atmosphere in the front changed making this a very bad experience B.E.

I am so disgusted with the food we got. Ordered the 6 biscuits and home fries for my fiancé’s birthday breakfast, people were walking by ignoring us as we waited to pick it up. Got home and this is what we got…burnt home fries and sloppy sandwiches where the biscuits were just falling apart. The audacity to make this, pack it up and present this to a paying customer and to think this was acceptable. Shame on you. I want my money back!!
