The black horse diner, aka the mount ephraim diner, is the best diner around in my opinion. I have literally been coming here my entire life and have never had a bad meal! They just recently finished a beautiful remodel of the outside and they added a second dining room in the front of the building. I’m a big fan of the chicken parmigiana meal but everything is made exactly the same every time! Love this diner, I definitely recommend….

Haven’t been here in several years but recall it was very good then. Stopped by this morning for some breakfast and it did not disappoint!! Nice portions, love it when they will substitute fresh fruit for potatoes, extra large portion of tomato juice, not a shot glass full…lol ! All included for a fair price….newly renovated and expanded from what I recall. Will definitely be back for lunch and/or dinner!!

I order here all the time they forget things from time to time my last experience was they had me check my food in front of all the customers eatting I felt so embarrassed and had me put food in the bag myself. I felt like they were blaming me for their mistakes and I order twice a week. I really don’t think I’m going to go back to be honest I’m so embarrassed seriously

Went here for a light dinner with my daughter, Trish. To our surprise, the salad was large enough to feed 4 people. It was delicious!! The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection. The stuffed grape leaves were tender and not stringy. The creamy chicken and rice soup was one of the best I’ve had.
