This was located in the Paris Casino Hotel and was pretty much located right off the elevators. We stopped in here to get a bite to eat and had passed by it a few times, but decided to give it a try. It was a nice place to get a pastry or a sandwich or something savory to eat. The staff was accommodating and very nice and we would go back.

I had an excellent amazing experience at Café Americano at the Paris Hotel, Shout out to Tommy Neal!. He was incredibly friendly and engaging, interacting easily with everyone seated at the bar and offering great suggestions. Traveling solo can sometimes feel awkward, but Tommy made it comfortable and fun by helping spark great conversations. Was planning to get a quick bite and drink and head to sleep and was about to skip out but got a pleasant service that led me to stay out.
Pair that with the delicious drinks he served… especially the *espresso martini* (highly recommend!)… and it made for a perfect stop on my last night of a work trip. Outstanding service all around on a simple trip to the bar.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Cafe Americano! From the moment we walked in, everything was absolutely outstanding. The food was phenomenal. Truly the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
My mom loved it just as much as I did. In fact, she loved the coffee so much she had four cups! That alone should tell you how good it is.
The true highlight of our experience, though, was our server, John. His attentiveness, warmth, and thoughtful recommendations made our visit unforgettable. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I honestly can’t sing his praises enough.
We were also lucky enough to chat with Trisha, the manager, who was just as lovely and kind. It’s clear this place is run by people who truly care about the experience they create.

Exhausted after an early flight to Vegas and an afternoon relaxing in our room we decided to “eat in.” Wow! We are so glad we did! The Cafe Americano is amazing! We imagined we were at a sidewalk cafe in Paris. That’s just the atmosphere. The service was attentive, not intrusive. Gabriel took great care of us. Deb ordered a Chopped Salad and I had the Baja Fish Tacos. Both dishes were fresh and flavorful. We managed to clean our plates. This is an immersive experience we thoroughly enjoyed. Cedric stopped by our table as we were finishing to make sure we were happy with the meal. If you can’t make it to France stop here for an incredible meal and sensory experience!

Nice place for breakfast and brunch. We had the birria Benedict and it was quite good, with plenty of meat and the eggs cooked perfectly. The Chipotle hollandaise sauce was not too spicy. Excellent coffee and not too bad of a wait for Saturday mid morning.

I highly recommend the Cafe Americano in Paris Las Vegas. The service is quick and the waitstaff go out of their way to support their customers. It was disappointing they aren’t part of the Caesar’s brand while being in the hotel. It would be a huge benefit to their customers if Caesar’s brought them under their brand. The vibe here is unmatched and the patio seating feels like you’re in a cafe in Paris. Thanks for a wonderful experience, I’ll be back.

We were at Paris hotel and decided to eat at this restaurant. I have been to the one in Caesars. Not sure if they are related. We both got a Cuban sandwich. It was so delicious! Pricey but worth it. Our server wasn’t attentive. We ran out of drinks and he never came to check on us.

this is the best food I’ve had all week here in Vegas. Service was fantastic. Food was fast and the prices aren’t terrible. Salads were large and shareable. Linguini Alfredo is the best fettuccine Alfredo I’ve ever had!!! Manager pulled our seats out for us.
