Thus was the weirdest place we have ever checked out. First of all it was raining so visibility was low. The parking lot is hard to navigate. We find the entry lane to the drive thru and there are 2 lanes both have these weird boxes with a person standing in them. We pull you and the young man ask what we would like, but there is no menu. We finally work thru ordering a dinner in guessing what they have and alot of questions then we pull up to another “person box” and that one takes our money. Then we keep pulling foward and we pass A MENU BOARD LOL. No idea why it’s there since we have already conjured up our order. We continue to pull forward and people are standing there passing food out. It was stupid to have these kids in boxes, stupid to have them before the menu, but it did give us alot to talk about lol.

What really won my family and I over, are the very nice employees that work here. One employee in particular, I believe her name is Alyssa. I have never met a restruant employee who was as nice, patient, and just all around a joy to be around as her. She spoke directly to my kids asking what they would like to order, was perfectly patient and took them 100% seriosuly as customers, and when my son asked for the root beer, she jumper right up with a big “You got it!” Got the root beer and handed it to him ever so nicely. I asked about the frosted coffee, and she said it’s good but adding a little chocolate makes it even better. I took her word, ordered it, and was not disappointed at all, delicious. Then after the place cleared out a bit, she came by the table and asked if we needed anything. 10/10 will be coming back just to say hi to her. Not only that, this Chik-Fil-A REALLY stands out amongst the rest. They always do a good job keeping the place clean, including the restrooms, they are quick with orders even though they are always busy, and I haven’t met anyone here who has been rude in the least. I know it’s not healthy to eat here all the time, but they really make it hard to stay away. Will be back soon.

Food was great, as always. Manager took my order. She was beyond friendly and couldn’t have been trying any harder to keep things moving along. The place is just always so busy, which is great for them. But there were a whole lot of Valentine’s decorations including balloons on the tables. With that many people and that many balloons floating around, it got a little clostrophobic while I was waiting.

I’ve always been a huge Chick Fil A guy. Years ago I even worked at this location for a little over 6 months. The chicken and fries definitely aren’t what they used to be. Went this last week and ordered a sandwich with cheese, didn’t get the cheese on it but I was billed for it. My wife and I asked for chick fil a sauce and Buffalo sauce. Didn’t get any. We had two cups of mac and cheese and didn’t get any silverware. I don’t usually complain but it seems to just be adding up lately and won’t be something we go to as often. Breakfast is always great though, maybe the order was done at a busy time and thats why we had the issues we had but still wasn’t what it was years ago.

Sadly, this place has not been the same since the owner operator changed a few years ago. I stood there at the side of the counter for ten+ minutes with three empty cups waiting for a simple refill. This wasn’t at peak lunch time. It was at 3pm while multiple employees walked past me or just stood around. Thankfully, some one eventually had the wherewithal to think that I might need assistance. This is one of several stories I could share. This review is not being written in a vacuum. Sure feels easier at Raising Cane’s where I walk in, and they greet me by name and are ready to help anytime.

This was my first visited this location. The parking lot was pretty tight, but which is fine. They opened dine in now. We went to the Saturday lunch time. It was so crowded inside, but line ( cashier ) was so smoothly. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was great flavor and smells amazing. Also the bands was so delicious too. The table and chairs were cleaned. A lady kept cleaning up the tables, chairs and trash box areas. It was great atmosphere. The children’s play room was still temporary closed.

The drive thru people did a wonderful job today and did add avocado ranch dressing on the receipt but the crew preparing food seemed distracted and gave me creamy salsa dressing. It wouldn’t be a problem but I absolutely hate that dressing and live 30 mins away :/
