Are you serious? I ordered a double quarter pounder and not only are some parts of the burger pink but a plastic SHEET is fully attached to the burger!! This is absolutely disgusting and I will no longer be coming to this location. They need to do better. Not to mention half the restaurant is closed and there’s little to no seating while you wait for food like this. Repulsive.

This is probably the smallest and inconvenient restaurant I been to in Washington. This place is extremely small and the front entrance seems to only have pickup parking and the side parking (only 10 spaces) are all filled, probably half by employees. I had to park on the side parking, then had to walk down pass the drive through which was not convenient. I ordered mcgriddles meal with hash brown and soda. I was so surprised how small the sandwhich was, and I admit it has been couple years since I even had Mcdonalds! Prices getting higher while portions getting smaller. Lame. Inside was very clean. The restroom is only opened and closed by the employee and it’s due to the homeless and drug activities in the area. In fact, when I went out after I was done, one came up and asked me if I had some money. That’s in the morning at 9am.

I ordered from this location which is listed as 24 hours on Google maps – I ordered at 11:50 and arrived at 11:58. I was ignored for 20 minutes by 4 employees who refused to speak to me. Finally after I tried going back through the windows I managed to talk to the manager who told me they closed at midnight. Worst customer service I’d ever seen – which could have been avoided if they told me when I arrived the kitchen was closed for the night, or if the Google maps listing was accurate.

Definitely one of the better McDonald’s in the area in terms of french-fry-freshness. Unfortunately though, they closely follow the theme that customer service is unnecessary. If you don’t know how to work one of those stupid kiosks, like myself, I probably wouldn’t bother if I were you unless you’re doing drive-thru.

I ordered the crispy deluxe with tomatoes and lettuce meal. The chicken was so small that it was less than half the size of the bun. It also tasted chewy like not cooked all the way but was hot to touch. Just odd. When I opened the cover the presentation was horrible. Tomatoes was not in bun. I ate just half and couldn’t anymore. Just messy and unappealing.

It’s gotten really bad at McDonald’s. They’ve taken away the refill sodas they’ve charged double the prices they used to charge. You have to ask permission to use the bathroom and then somebody from the staff has to take you there. It’s almost like a prison yard and they even want you to order your own food. On Thursday, February 19th, around 2 pm, I went out to eat with a friend. My food arrived, and when I tasted the Coca-Cola, it was awful, a really bad taste. My friend tried it and agreed. Then a woman with gray hair, shaved on the sides, came over. I asked her if she could change it, but she reluctantly refused. My friend asked if his drink came from the same machine, and the woman responded rudely and with a disgusting attitude, then turned around and left. The nuggets were cold and bad, as were the fries.

Might as well call this place Los Donalds. My order lacked a sandwich. Had to repeat this over 15 times. I’ve working in food service, it isn’t hard. If you find yourself not liking jobs facing the public. Get another job. Going out of your way to work for a company and blatantly doing things wrong, slow or flat out incomplete. Smh. Ya going to go far kid. Don’t buy from here. I had to bring in the bag and talk slow to an educated woman. It’s not funny. Universe 25 showed aggression near the food court first. If you wish to be a behavioral sink that’s an accomplishment for our species. Thank you. Boycott this location. If it’s not fast, convenient and easy. What’s the point? Get a salad on Colby or Hewitt. The guys toss the salad perfectly and don’t act dumb. Valley organics deli I recommend for this area. Xoxoxo

I am so healthy , because everyday eat McDonald’s but my blood test ,is perfect , during eat 10 years , however ! My 3 friend already died but they very clean ,very accurate for foods ,no eat McDonald’s no eat coca cola ,and coffee ,I don’t know ,they was smart,and healthy ,but I normal , living eat continue 10,20,30 years my lovely McDonald’s ,and that McDonald’s address is really clean ,and kind people working ,I love it thanks
