I understand that lomo saltado has sauce, but when the waiter came back, she had to walk very slowly because there was so much sauce on the plate—it was like a soup. I still tried to enjoy it because I don’t like wasting food. On top of that, she proceeded to scold me as if I were her child, which I did not appreciate. On the take out box picture is what it supposed to look like not soupy at all
Another issue is that we joined the rewards program, but not once has anyone asked for our information at checkout, so the points never get applied.
We enjoy the food, but if the customer service doesn’t improve—and if we continue being charged extra for sides that should be included—we will unfortunately stop coming. Good food should be matched with clear communication and respectful, attentive service.
Dang they had Jarritos mango and ginger ale on tap. Never seen that before in a fast food place. Southern thing? Chi cha marada drink too.
Kid3 said what impressed him was when ordering they had a full cooked chicken and they cut it up in front of you for the 1/4 chicken meal.
Awesome atmosphere and music!
After paying 100 hundred dollars for what is in essence good take out, I do not expect attitude from the cashier when I ask for a cup for my kid’s water particularly when they don’t have bottled water. I should not have to sit my family down and return for attitude correction. By attitude correction, I mean to correct hers. When I returned she was far more polite. It was insanely crowded and the last thing anyone needs is attitude after a 20 minute wait in line. We’re done with this location.
