Huey’s has been bringing Blues, Brews, & Burgers in Memphis since 1970. Perhaps the most unique characteristics of our locations are the graffiti walls, hometown feel and local live music. Our World Famous Huey burgers have been voted Best Burger in Memphis since 1984. Sundays at Huey’s are traditionally known for live music, including jazz, blues and even a little rock from local and regional groups. At the example of the late Thomas Boggs, Huey’s former owner, giving back to the community is one of our top priorities. We are proud to have donated many hours, monetary support and services for countless community organizations, schools, and nonprofits over the years.

Not sure what is wrong with this location specifically. I eat at the Germantown and Collierville locations fairly frequently. My dinner plans changed last minute tonight so had to doordash. Unfortunately, Cordova is the closest location. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (with no other toppings) with fries. Definitely didn’t get that. Sadly, far from the first issue at this location. That’s why I typically drive to one of the other two.

I lived in Midtown for many years so I visited Huey’s midtown on a regular basis. But wait; Huey’s Cordova is very nice as well! I love the large outdoor patio, the atmosphere of course, and the staff is just as friendly and accommodating. The food? Always good!

The best thing was the lemon ice box pie. That is what brings me back. I find the food average. My husband really likes their burgers and enjoyed his A1 burger. However, it took 45 minutes to get our food and another 10 minutes for my son in law to get his. My chicken sliders were okay. Not hot and I didn’t taste the ranch that is supposed to be on them. Our server was friendly and funny.

We had a brief wait while the party ahead of us was taken care of, but were then promptly seated. Our waitress was great and very friendly. The food was delicious the atmosphere was relaxing. We were able to talk amongst ourselves without difficult.

I grew up in Southaven decades ago. I haven’t lived in the Memphis area since the early 90s. When I come back to visit family, Huey’s Cordova, a must have. It says a lot that the food and atmosphere are just as amazing as when I was going to college here

I enjoy their burgers with onion straws. I also like their nachos and tamales. Their spinach and artichoke dip is good also. My family has been going there for years and we know the main waiter who also just said he is now tending bar there. He’s been there for years.

The two items that make Huey’s the great place it still is. An awesome hamburger and a recipe for onion rings unlike anywhere else. Nothing ever beats a cooked to perfection burger made with quality beef and those onion rings so big and fat. Just look at the pics of the rings, you could wear those things as a bracelet. Lauren ( one of the owners) stopped by to chat with us and the service by Julie was outstanding. Good thing I don’t live close to here or I’d be eating here all the time.
EDIT: I’ve been here quite a few times. It’s really hard to choose between the Huey Burger and the Steak Sticks.

Came from the Memphis grizzly game last night and I was served two raw burgers. My Grandad went up there and told the takeout people about the raw burgers and they kept serving us raw burgers every time as a replacement. I tried to cook the burger at home and ate it, but it wasn’t as good and I got hospitalized and I am very sick. I love Hughes, but I cannot believe them.
