Order a 7 different items. Not sure what’s wrong today. Its normal busy, no lines, not shre whats wrong with our orders, everything comes out very slowly. Milk for kids meal came after kids were done with their food. Ketchup showed up after fries were all consumed. Buffalo sauce for chicken wing is missing, finally showed after the wings are cold and halfway done. Water finally showed up when we were ready for our desert. Yes, we asked for ketchup, Buffalo sauce, milk, water multiple times when we saw the waiter. Just not sure what’s the issue taking so long.
Celary that comes with wings were dry and had mold, looks like it was kept over from last week, chicken wing are black with a little bitter taste like the frying oil was really old and dirty.
Lastly, everyon else’s ice cream on their piezookoes were all standing up, ours were tipped to the side.

Frankie was a wonderful server. They frequently checked on me, offered a great suggestion that I decided on, and gave incredible service. They double checked if I wanted to amend any of my items too. They never made me feel awkward for eating alone and even gave options that would better fit my portion needs. I would definitely eat here again for the food and for the kind service. Frankie deserves all the accolades for making it a welcoming experience.

We ordered our usuals, but the appetizers were great. The Avocado Eggrolls (the best) and Mozzarella sticks were very good. The beer is good We didnt wait very long to be seated. Staff was nice that we greeted us. Our server Alicia was very nice, very attentive and on it! She made sure we always had what we needed.

Had lunch with a friend and the service was wonderful. Alicia serviced our table and she delivered exceptional service. Humorous, engaging, and checked back with us on drinks without us asking. Ricky is amazing ! My friend and I just came back from a very long meetings, so when placing the order we just kept changing our minds (because we’re tired and not thinking straight) and he was very patient and helping us with the menu. He checked in on us in a very respectful time frame. We asked for dessert after our dinner, he made sure to communicate with us about taking our time about placing the dessert order in. I really liked that he respected and was patient with us about when we were ready to place it, only because we were full and wanted to wait for our delicious dessert. (Other places sometimes servers makes us feel rushed) I appreciate it & Thank you so much Ricky ! 10/10

Watched a playoff game here recently, it was better than other BJs I’ve been to! If you want a seat in the bar area where you can hear the commentary make sure you come early. It was filled already when we got there right at the game start time, but there was plenty of tvs around so we enjoyed ourselves just fine.
Their Gluten-free pizza is really good, and now for the Gluten-free pazookie the ice cream comes in a separate container so there is no chance of cross contamination there. We plan on going regularly for the big games. It was a great vibe and we really enjoyed being in a packed place with high energy for the playoff game!
