My bebe and I were deciding to either go to whattaburger or not, and we were passing through cloverdale walgreens heading to whattaburger then we took a quick glance at cagney’s kitchen, my woman and I have never tried this place until today, we were well served by a beautiful woman named Riki ❤️, she was very well mannered and on top of her service, and plus the food was fantastic ❤️ my woman and I truly loved how heartily the food was made.
We will most definitely be coming back for more of these heart warming meals and the beautiful servers that treat my woman and I so well ❤️

This restaurant was an amazing surprise for me. This place is fantastic! Firstly we were very warmly greeted at the door and shown you our seats. The service was fast and very friendly. And the food was outstanding. I had one of the best omelets that I’ve ever had (Mediterranean omelet) and my wife’s chicken souvlaki was excellent as well. I will be stopping by again when coming through Winston Salem!

It’s been years since I had the spinach lasagna catered. I loved it. I ordered ahead 48 hours and ordered sweet tea also. It is for our Christmas office party.
Brittany at the counter was so nice and knowledgeable. When I went to
Pick up, they were ready for me and even helped me get it up my car. If I could give 10 stars I would and hot and ready and tastes so fresh !

Down home kitchen and the best breakfast I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. It’s not expensive and it is good country cooking. Had the pancakes which were fluffy and quite good. My son had a chicken biscuit which was excellent. All of the food was great and our server was the best part of our experience there. She was so nice, attentive and funny! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Will be back when we get back to Winston-Salem.

Cagney’s is just great. Fast, satisfying, delicious, and something for everyone. I find this chain to deliver consistently from store to store.
My reason for my review today, however, is Mason.
Her quick wit and friendly banter made us feel at home.
She coursed our meal perfectly and we ordered a lot.
I had just finished an extremely grueling work week and was still in my pajamas at 1 pm on a Sunday. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Appreciated her extra health and safety standards aswell.
Drinks were never empty. We were not rushed and we did not wait for a thing. She is obviously a professional at her craft. So if the store isn’t overly packed be sure to ask for her. I’m confident she will uphold the standards of this well ran establishment!

Good portion sizes of food that tastes great. Veggie omelette is chunky. Biscuit is homemade and fresh, big warm and flaky. Service is prompt, and coffee is hot. Nice casual environment for a leisurely breakfast.

I eat at Cagney‘s on Gumtree Road and I will say that every Cagney’s has consistently good grilled chicken!!!

It’s always cooked too perfection, not overcooked.

I don’t particularly care for the packaged mayonnaise as it is just full of soy oil, but the sandwich was scrumptious.

Amazing food, extremely fast and pleasant servers. Perfectly cooked ribeye. Perfect cooked eggs. My coffee never got below half. Delicious fried mushroom app. Just outstanding experience. Coleslaw is perfect. The rueban is amazing. Homestyle chips were crispy and so good. Ranch was very tasty. Everything was great. 10/10 highly recommend.

This place describes itself as Winston-Salem’s best-kept secret. But, like lying to your boss or telling your partner that the outfit looks terrible on them,
some secrets are better left unsaid. This was one of the most pathetic, unorganized, and Bland restaurants I’ve ever been to. Somehow, the servers managed to mess up three separate meals. Then, when they did get it right, the waiter blamed the kitchen rather than taking any accountability; before we left, when we brought it up to the manager,r he additionally took no responsibility and blamed the waiter. It is clear that under the new management and based on some of the reviews, this place has gone way downhill. There is no passion in this place; there is no commitment to being better; we paid $60 for cold food, the wrong order, and downright disgusting. As the manager heard our grievances, he did nothing to make up for it, not a discount, not an apology, nothing. The good thing is it’s evident that the problem with this place is its management; there’s a lot of potential as there is at least a theme to this restaurant. However, the theme is not good food, reasonable prices, or a desire to improve. Save your money and go across the street to Panera Bread. As you can see, one of the dishes looks like vomit-covered dog food. The chips were about as hard as they could be, the cornbread was as dry as the chips, and the chicken came out way too hot for our 5-year-old. The mozzarella sticks were $8. There were also no straps on the high chair, and the waiter didn’t come to fill our drink until we asked.
