delicious food as always. very polite and attentive staff. the tenders and fries paired with the cheese sauce is unmatched! their Oreo shakes are the best I’ve ever had. they’re always super busy but they still manage to get you in and out very quickly. I’m always looking forward to my next Chick-fil-A visit.

Ordered one single sandwich with one simple inspection, plain and spicy only. Gave me extra pickles, cheese and bacon. I am allergic to pickles told them when I ordered, still gave them to me. Called to try to get a resolution since I did not get to eat because of this, I was offered a gift card for a sandwich which I already paid for, and drove out to just to waste my time to receive a sandwich covered in slimy pickles that I will not eat. Customer service did not thing to assist, would not transfer me to a manager. 0/10 customer service, never would have expected this from Chik fila since they are supposed to be the best at customer service. Sincerely a very upset and HUNGRY customer. This is the persons food that I got. Completely wrong name and the most pickles imaginable

The food is excellent always hot when we get it from DoorDash. The frozen lemonades are the best if you haven’t gotten one yet then you need to. As far as service I guess service is fast because we always get our food pretty quick. And as far as atmosphere I can’t really say anything because I just drive by the building and always see that the line is wrapped around.

Food is good. I really despise how they have the drive through set up. It’s incredibly inconvenient and awkward. I like to be able to actually look at the large menu. Especially when I have my kids with me so they can see it as well. Also. There is no reason a person should be approaching my vehicle like they have it set up now. I just really don’t like the whole set up.

I finally went here for the first time and tried their chicken strips and famous waffle fries of course with a side of chic fila sauce which is fantastic. Every thing was perfect, and staff was very nice and pleasant, I was thanked for stopping in as well, and tables were being cleaned directly after others were finished leaving the dining area.

The new pretzel sandwich is good – but would have been better with some mayo. And the chicken steps were fried too hard. And I did not get the dipping sauce or the mayo as ordered. Seems like they are always in a hurry and so they forget the condiments

This is ridiculous. It’s a common occurrence when I go to this Chick-fil-A that my fries are not close to full, but today was defintiely new. I’ve never had my Large fry have LESS than a regular sized fry. Not only that, but they were cold and tasted like they were sitting there for an hour. I’m happy we have a CFA in Altoona but the management needs some serious help because they don’t represent CFA well at all.
