Food was good but I have had a bit better for a similar price. Still higher quality than fast food. Fries were also good. Atmosphere was very unique and even fun with the contemporary art hanging throughout.
The only issue was unfortunately the table service. The server stood feet away when taking our orders making them hard to heat but also likely contributed to one of the sides being incorrect. We were given no straws, no utensils, and no napkins. Our table was not checked up on until everyone had finished their meals. It pains me to be harsh but unfortunately the experience was below average, even compared to table service at a McDonald’s.

We have never been disappointed with Red Robin. This is the first time we came to this location. It’s just as good as the others we have been too. They seem to be very consistent from location to location.

My family and I had an impromptu outing with my at this location, this past week ! It was clean and inviting, and we were greeted and seated immediately. We had our 14 month old Nephew with us and we were offered a highchair or a booster seat which was a great option. When seated, at the suggested table, we seem to be offered a 4 top option, which was close to a very large party of 13 gentlemen, and on the very next side was another family with a small child, also in a high chair, so it was not ideal for us. It seemed that we were being seated in an area that was to accommodate the waitstaff, as opposed to customer comfort, in a section that was not in such tight quarters, which would have been more comfortable. By the time our food arrived, with drinks, we had to rotate our selections for sharing Appetizers and accommodating our baby boy.
I ordered a delicious lava burger, which was listed to have the last steps performed at table side, however, it came out with the queso sauce already on it and my up charge of sweet potato fries , we’re cold! Shortly, after the waitress, serving the large party to the left of us brought the same burger , however, she demonstrated how the burger was supposed to be assembled & the Wow factor, which is a beautiful hot queso mix that covers the Burger, that is the last act of the presentation. AJ, the manager, came to check on us and he was polite and friendly, but we were knee deep in to our experience. However, he understood my request, and had the order remade completely. He is the reason, along with this delicious food that my Rating, is as it is. I am definitely willing to return and try more items on this very expensive yet fun menu!

Not sure what happened but their quality & service has really gone down. Menu has changed & not in a good way. Was always my son’s favorite plate especially on his bday but we won’t be returning. Crazy part is we had a wonderful experience about 8 mos ago. The best server & manager ever!

I wanted to try this restaurant for a long time… What can I say… I probably had the most mediocre hamburger of my life. No flavor at all! I tried the limited edition BACKYARD BBQ PORK BURGER and the Red’s Double® Tavern Burger. The hamburgers looks very appetizing but I repeat NO FLAVOR! What I enjoyed the most is the bun. The service was great, the server was fantastic but the food very disappointing… I don’t know if I will ever go back…

Found a piece of paper from the cheese in my burger tonight. I showed it to our server Rebecca and all she said was “oh I’m sorry I’ll take it off your bill” we still had to pay for my husbands burger. I was very upset, as I was still hungry and our server could have cared less. She was very unapologetic and very nonchalant. A manager never even came over to apologize. This is gross and will not be returning!

Every time we dine here our servers is outstanding. Our waitress today was very friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed. Quick service on food. I always enjoyed trying out the different burgers here. The restaurant is very clean and I love the interior design for this environment. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Nice hamburgers. Found the Tavern Double Yummy deal that includes burger, fries and drink for $9.99. Had them bring the BBQ mayo sauce on the side. It was great. The service wasn’t bad, and our waitress seemed new and a bit overwhelmed. The manager came by and did bring a refill of bottomless chips for my wife. Everything was good. The regular gourmet burgers are insanely priced in my opinion. My traditional order is a Royal Robin burger, but they now are about $17.00 excluding the drink, so glad I found the smaller Tavern burgers

We stopped into Red Robin for lunch today and they were absolutely slammed! You could tell the rush caught them off guard, but honestly, they handled it so well.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even with how busy it was. They all pitched into help each other. What really stood out to me was the management team being out on the floor helping, exactly how it should be. They were jumping in, supporting their team, and making sure guests were taken care of.
Our food came out quick and it was hot and fresh even with the rush so kudos to the kitchen staff too.
I haven’t been to Red Robin in a while, but after today’s experience, I’ll definitely be back to this location soon!

Marquise was the best server I have ever had. We were there on a Friday night. There were 6 people ordering. Marquise didn’t write down our orders. When he brought them to the table, everything was exactly what we ordered. Not one mistake. I was so amazed…..We will be back and ask for him if he is there.
