The second floor!
My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really..
We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!
Stairs to the upstairs had a few sticky marks, but overall, the restaurant was very clean on both floors. It was nice having a second floor away from the rush. Nice and quiet.
We really enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return!

Nasty attitudes . If they mess your order up they give you a hard time fixing it. They actually replaced my wrong order with a burnt nasty sandwhich. That i waited over 15 for them make. The shift manager that had star stickers on her face should not be a manager ! She had a nastier attitude then the sandwhich did.

I ordered the double cheeseburger for the month adding pickles. After a long wait, I got this greasy horrible burger. Mayo was right, 1 slice of onion, 6 pieces of shredded lettuce, tomatoes stacked on top of each other, pickles not on sandwich, just inside wrapper like they forgot so just threw next to sandwich. I could not taste anything but greasy burger. The grease was dripping off sandwich. New Kensington mcdonald’s actually made a perfect one. So I ordered it again. Way different. Obviously I won’t be ordering anything from this mcdonald’s again because someone doesn’t take pride in their job.

Went here for breakfast, we ordered hotcakes with bacon and another hotcakes with sausage, but sadly, the food was not that hot enough. Feels like it was just reheated and was cooked hours ago.
Also, that tiny dollop of butter is never good enough. We need more than that in one packaging.

about the worst service i think i have received in a long time. black women with pink colored braids was so rude i had to use the bathroom while my food was being made and while they didn’t have the cups on the order instead of taking the mistake they made she put the blame onto us saying she was calling and calling and calling forever for the number and that’s all that was said no have a nice day i’m so sorry i felt so uncomfortable that she tried to embarrass me and my boyfriend infront of everybody and about none of their soda dispensers have any flavour they are just running soda water you should be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed of urself treating people like that who have done absolutely nothing wrong and was just asking for what they ordered and it took forever to even get someone’s attention for the drinks if you can’t handle being in customer service don’t be there

Placed a door dash order and as always food came messed up. God forbid the employees at this McDonalds ever get the food correct. The fries were burnt, the bun to the Big Mac was rock solid. It’s always something when ordering from this store i don’t know why I even continue to get food from this restaurant.

I visited this establishment yesterday. The drive thru was lined up around to the entrance. The inside was crowded with patrons waiting for their orders and others placing orders. I had to wait about 45 minutes for my order of two burgers and fries. Saw a couple waiting about 30 minutes for their order which came out with cold fries and missing item. A man, who placed his order inside, returned from his car to get sauce that was to be included his order. He waited over five minutes to get sauce handed to him while the employee put more fries on. SMH!!! Watched as other customers attempted to get drinks from machines that were NOT functioning properly and/or empty. SMH!!! When my order was about ready and fries getting ready to place in my bag, I called back to employee that I wanted hot fries, which happened to come out just at that time. I heard no less than four customers state they would never return to this McDonald’s again. I don’t know if their hands were cold or not, but employees should NOT be touching another’s bare back while working. Then, not washing their hands and proceeding to work.
AND DON’T LET ME FORGET TO MENTION THAT AFTER EATING MY MEAL, I FOUND SOMEONE’S FAKE, WHITE FINGERNAIL INSIDE MY BAG!!! UGH!!! DISGUSTING!!!

They forgot half my order, I had to catch a uber just to get the rest of my food. There was no apology or nothing. Everyone was just nonchalant except for the guy in the yellow vest. I understand it gets busy but half my order tho? Their attitude just proved that they don’t care.

Went in the drive thru. The French fries tasted old and were somewhat burnt. I got 2 six piece nuggets. The box read 6 but instead of 6 nuggets there were only 4. And they didn’t give any sauce or ketchup. Place is a total rip off
