Popped in to the infamous Dempsey’s Pizza today (finally) since moving back here a couple weeks ago…and I can definitely see why this place is always packed.
It’s a pizza buffet where they have 10-15 different types of pizza on the hot bar but if you want one done a certain way, they’ll make it for you. they also have spaghetti and lasagna out on the hot bar, as well as a seperate cold salad bar.
The dessert pizzas…ohhhh emmm geeee. Bavarian Cream Pizza and their chocolate chip pizza which they give to people for their birthdays….but the real star is the cinnamon Stromboli. Duuuuuuuuuude.
I had Bry as a waitress and she was very attentive, always checking on myself as well as her other customers.
On a 5*, easily a 4.7 and on a 10*, easily a 9.6.

We met my bonus son and grands and friends (party of 10) to celebrate Olivia’s birthday tomorrow. We live in Easley and they live in Prosperity. My first time ever and will not be my last! Fresh salad bar, excellent pizza, wonderful people that work there and I met the owners son and he is the best. So so clean but just over any bar ever set. And I got a punch card! The one thing I have to say about this place is that everything is good. I didn’t taste anything bad and I would recommend several items. The senior citizen special on Tuesday night is by far the best night to go if you are a senior citizen. Unlimited pizza, drink, and tax is $10. If I lived in the area I would be sitting in that booth every Tuesday. Unfortunately I was just passing through. As we were traveling east I saw a billboard on the interstate. I said that sounds really interesting. My wife looked it up and saw all the great reviews and I couldn’t believe how many great reviews. That was the deciding factor. I had to stop and get some food there. And it was well worth it! The thin Pizza is good but I enjoyed the pan pizzas a little more. The Chili soup was good. The fluff on the salad bar was delicious. It has to be the best fluff I’ve ever had. The fruit was crunchy and fresh. All in all the great experience and I would definitely give this place two thumbs up. If I get through this area or close to this area again I will be stopping here. They really have a great staff too that are constantly moving around clearing plates and helping people. The cooks in the back were making pizzas as fast as they could. There were always pizzas being put back on the bar. As soon as one disappeared or became empty, another appeared. Amazing!

This is a must-visit when in the Clinton SC area if you like fresh, hand-made pizza. The all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and salad bar was very well stocked with incredibly delicious food choices. The pizza buffet had spaghetti, soup, and lasagna as well as melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon rolls. All of staff were very friendly and spoke to everyone. Tuesday nights are senior citizen nights with a discount (I wondered why I felt like I was at a senior-adult meeting at church when I was there ). The restaurant is easily accessed off of I-26 in Laurens County SC off the SC Hwy 72 exit (I-26 Exit #54). There is plenty of parking and the price is very reasonable for all the food you get. The restaurant was very clean and the food was high quality. All salad bowls and dinner plates are at the buffet with all the utensils as well. Check this place out if you are in the Clinton SC area. It is located right down from Presbyterian College.

Dempsey’s always comes through for good food and good service. We learned the hard way that Tuesday is Senior Citizen day; what a crowd!!! That being said I believe they get to eat for $10 and there’s not many places, especially an above average pizza buffet, that you can do that for these days.
Don’t discount the salad bar, it is very well stocked and the lettuce is always fresh looking!

I didn’t catch the gentleman at the take out counters name but he was amazing!! I’ve been coming here my whole life but I hadn’t been in a while because of a bad experience he definitely made this time worth it and I will most definitely be back because of him!! Even helped me carry the food to my car. Genuinely the most kind human and shows he truly loves his customers!

I’m just going to start by saying this is not New York Pizza… However it is indeed a few steps above Domino’s, CiCi’s, Pizza Hut, Marco’s, and Papa John’s.. The food was fresh and hot, They also had baked spaghetti and lasagna, chili (was the soup of the day) cheese bread pizza, deep dish pizza and pizza of many toppings, also had and an excellent salad bar. The selection was awesome. We drove up from Lexington and we’re not disappointed.. The price was great, The place was spotless, And the staff was extraordinary. We can’t wait to go back. Thanks Dempsey’s for doing the restaurant business right!!!

First time dining here and we loved it. Our waitress was great! Food was great!
Loved the choices on the salad bar and pizza bar. And couldn’t believe the total bill. I had to ask if they were sure that included our beverages. Great value. Will definitely be a regular spot for us.

For just pizza and pasta.( dough and sauce some light topping) the the price is too high. They had wings on bar prior to pandemic. So, they stopped serving the wings and still charges 12 to 14 per person for lunch (dough and sauce) who eats 12 to 14 dollars of pizza in one sitting. Not even close. Dominoes has lages for 10 bucks, pizza hut has greats especially the bookit deal 25 bucks two large, cheese bread. Feed 4 or more easily. Verses 70 dollars for 4 . We won’t be back. Good luck.
