I have not been to this McDonalds in 3 months since every single time i come here, the coke is watered down and the fries are not cooked well. This is always the case. Well it is 3 months later, and still the case. The fries are not edible. This McDonald’s consistently gives a bad name to McDonald’s fries. Also, the fish sandwich tasted and looked horrible. I had to throw the whole meal away.

Always check your order good before you leave. This ancient Donald never gives you what you order they are always lost! this time I order two Mc chicken value meal with a Frappe and a coke .. They gave me two McDouble berry grease even the bread really nasty and instead of coke Dr Pepper. I was already home when I realize it it was more of a waste of time to go there again than to trash that nasty food!

Did an order through the app and when I got home I went to take out the pickles on the burger and see the burger was already biten from extremely gross emailed the store and McDonald’s itself. Super super super gross. Check your food before you eat it to make sure it wasn’t messed with.

I went to this McDonald’s after I ordered on the mobile app for the monopoly items. I order these items from SEVERAL OTHER MCDONALDS but this specific McDonald’s NEVER does it right. I finally go in and complain, the manager was the one who began berating me and screaming that I didn’t know what I was talking about because they gave me two medium drinks when I ordered two large drinks (one frappe and one smoothie). Any other McDonald’s I go to give me the actual LARGE CUP with the L marked on the cup. This McDonald’s is the only one who only ever gives it to me in a medium cup. Not only that, but I ordered these drinks that the app said had monopoly items. They didn’t give me the monopoly cups and not even my wuarter Pounder that I ordered had a monopoly sticker which AGAIN THE APP SAYS ARE MONOPOLY ITEMS!!! The manager is extremely unprofessional, rude, and does not deserve her job. It amazes me that someone who gets paid to be a manager at a McDonald’s thinks customer service doesn’t matter. She had to get two other employees, both of which were extremely patronizing, to come talk to me instead to “explain to me what the cup sizes are.” Which again, every other McDonald’s gives me the cup that is LARGE -‘d says L on the cup for frappes, smoothies, any coffee orders etc. Rhis McDonald’s never gets anything right and I hope everyone sees this and does NOT COME HERE! I’ve already filed a formal complaint to McDonald’s and will follow up every single day until I speak with the general manager because the manager of this location doesn’t deserve her job.

Waited in line for 1 hour I wish I was joking. I came to this McDonalds with my order already placed on the app all I had to do was get in the drive thru to pick it up thinking it would be quicker but I was very wrong. When I picked up my order I was already annoyed because it’s ridiculous to have to wait 1 hour for a $20 meal. When I finally reached the window to receive my food they couldn’t find my order so that annoyed me even more. The tip of the iceberg was when I was leaving and I overheard who I’m guessing is the manager named Ana tell one of the workers that I had a so called bad attitude, of course I had a bad attitude it’s ridiculous to have to wait for an hour for fast food!

Ordered a deluxe mccrispy . Was given a spicy one . I told the worker I ordered the deluxe . The manger told me to wait and give me the proper one . Upon opening it up at my destination. The manager just changed the package of the sandwich. I found that it’s very unprofessional for a fast food place. I don’t eat any spicy food which is why I told them the order is wrong ! This could affected someone health!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this order deserves it. Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. My food showed up cold, stale, and clearly had been sitting around for way too long. The fries were soggy and tasted like old oil, the burger looked like it was slapped together without any care, and to top it off, my drink was barely half full.
For a place that prides itself on being “fast food,” this was nothing but lazy and careless. If I wanted a cold, disappointing meal, I could’ve made it myself at home for free. I paid for fresh food and got a sad excuse of an order instead.
I’m genuinely pissed off at how little effort went into this. Do better.
