On Saturday Jan 10, 2026 at 9AM I went to McDonalds to get breakfast since it’s close by my house. I ordered 3 big breakfast, 3 orange juice and a Mcgriddle for me and my family. When getting to the window they gave me only 3 pancakes by itself, 3 orange juice and a hot coffee. When I brought it to the lady attention at the window at the time she asked for a receipt
which they did NOT provide when I paid. She then asked who was it that took my order and I replied by saying that it a was a gentleman. The gentleman who took my order came to the window and was very rude and disrespectful by saying that it wasn’t his fault that he got the order wrong because I didn’t order correctly cause he didn’t know I wanted a Big breakfast meal. I replied by saying that I repeated multiple times and stated that I wanted 3 big breakfast, 3 orange juice and a Mcgriddle NOT just 3 pancakes by itself and a coffee that I did not order. This was by far the worst experience, I love McDonalds but this was really disappointing I’ve never imagined that McDonald would ever be this rude to their customers, not take accountability, or take action to fix my order. Unfortunately McDonalds has lost my business due to this experience and I’ll never invest my money on a place that won’t take care of their customers. On top of that they had me waiting in the drive thru for approximately 30 minutes when it supposed to be a fast food restaurant. This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m genuinely shocked this location is still operating.

My DoorDash order was a disaster — they forgot an entire combo meal, the fries were ICE cold, and they were out of Diet Dr Pepper. Annoying, but I tried to give them another chance.

Four days later, I went through the drive-thru, ordered a McGriddle meal… and they couldn’t even manage to put cheese and egg on the McGriddle. And unbelievably, they were STILL out of Diet Dr Pepper. How is a major chain out of the same drink for days??

And the communication here is beyond frustrating. The staff struggled so much to understand me that they asked for my name FOUR separate times for my mobile order and still couldn’t get it right. At this point it feels like no one is trained properly or prepared to help customers.

Missing food, cold food, wrong food, zero consistency, and impossible communication. This location is chaotic, unprofessional, and an absolute headache every single time. I’m officially done giving them chances. Management seriously needs to step in and overhaul everything.

Prefer online at about 10:00. Arrived about 10:10 and was told to go to the first window and they would take my order. Got to the first window and no one was there so I waited. There was a manager or someone who came and appeared to be counting or pulling a drawer. A guy eventually came and after struggling to open the window for 3 minutes, tried to find my order, he found my order and then proceeded to tell me that I owed even though I paid online . When I told him I had paid online, he was like that’s what I’m saying but that wasn’t the case at all.

Another lady eventually came and said I could pull up without offering a receipt. The same lady was the person who gave me my food and was not happy about me asking for a receipt.

Clerk taking orders started yelling at me when I called him out for upsizing my order after I left the ordering screen in the drive thru without asking me. Dude immediately overreacted and has clear anger issues and shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role.

I did not finish this order and left due to his behavior. Not the first time I’ve seen this happen here – the franchise owner clearly tells them to do this.

Food wasn’t good it was cold you’re always being rush in the drive thru and when they rush they get your order wrong then ask you what was your order if you would slow down and listen you would’ve got the order right the first time they have a lot of young Hispanic teenagers working and they’re playing around in the drive thru talking smart to the people in the drive thru they didn’t print out my receipt and the lady in the drive thru try to be a smart mouth I was trying to tell her that they didn’t print out my receipt the young hispanic guy that was at the drive-thru taking the money he had walked off for a long time and when he came back he didn’t print the receipt correctly I didn’t notice until I got up to the window and discovered that my food was missing I was explaining to the Hispanic woman who handed me my food but she wasn’t listening and acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying then the manager came and gave me my food it’s not the first time they have kept people food the food is never freshly cooked it seems when I eat in the Mesquite area the food and customer service is terrible I want be coming back.

This location is horrible at taking care of inside customers whether they are trying to place an order or pickup a delivery. They prioritize drive thru and unless you get their attention by calling them they will continue to sit and look at you while walking by like your not even there. It’s been like this everytime that I have come in. I’m literally writing this right now while still standing here waiting to be acknowledged after already standing here for 10 minutes. Smh. My order has literally been sitting on the counter the whole time and I still haven’t been acknowledged or anything.

This place TOOK OVER 10 min on 2 drinks and 2 morning sandwiches. I walked in at 08:08 and walked out @8:25 am ! The manager was rude had so sympathy of the long wait as I watched ppl order large orders and walked out before me .
