Tired of coming to this McDonald’s and not getting the stuff that goes with my order. Drinks, no straws. Food, no sauces, nor any napkins. Why was I asked to pull up for a frappe, it got handed to me with no straw and the rude lil girl walked away as I was asking for a straw. I’m on crutches so it’s hard to get in and out of the vehicle. The frappe isn’t even blended, it’s ice and liquid. I Was supposed to receive a “be our guest card” for my last inconvenience that I never received. This Location definitely needs new management or better “customer service” training. Drive thru employee asked me if i wanted to wait for a round egg cause they were currently out. I said yes. She had me pull to last window to wait. I waited and still ended up with a square egg on my Sausage and Egg McMuffin. Such a common accurance in the drive thru that they get the order wrong.

This McDonald’s always goes above and beyond to make sure food is fresh. They are all so nice here. The lady at the counter brought me my food and took my empty tray. Didn’t even ask .

Burger with ketsup packet between bun. Looked like burger thrown on floor as it was covered with crumbs and filth. Manager does not care. Called and called. Still waiting for a return call. Should we get this business investigated by health dept or more? Think hard owners. Make changes as the community is tired of you and your staffing choices.

I don’t suggest going in on night shifts through the weekend because we ordered 2 large fries and 40 nuggets and we also got sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard and didn’t get them and the fries had no salt on them at all and we had to wait atleast 30 minutes for are food to be given to us that doesn’t really put the fast in fast food..

Very Modern and updated. Vibrant Colors keeping the atmosphere warm and cozy. A nice place to relax momentarily while enjoying a delicious and tasty meal with Family or Friends. Each time I purchase the Double Quarter pounder combo, The food is ALways fresh and cooked to order. Might I add, have yourself a treat to an oreo McFlurry for a nightcap! I’m Lovin’ it !

I waited in line 20 mins then they said are you ordering with your app i said yes gave my coad and nothing…i sat by the speaker for 10 minutes asking if they could hear me while they took other line .they would not tske my order i felt trapped and couldn’t get out it was a awful experience !! Had to finally blow horn to othe people in outer lane to let me out!! I was about to have a anxiety attack!! Awful just awful

I expect my food to be put together and not slid off in the box and almost sideways, especially spending almost 20 dollars. None of my lettuce is actually on the sandwich. Update i went back and had it remade and apparently the first one didnt have bacon and it comes with bacon, but the remade sandwich still had all the lettuce in the box and not on the sandwich. Do yall not know how to make a sandwich? And the first one had a decent looking chicken, the new one has an old looking burnt one. Don’t go to this McDonald’s or any of them.

Went to have dinner and ordered online, burger was supposed to have extra jalapeño crisps but didn’t! Ordered large ice caramel coffee with extra cream, caramel syrup with whipped cream, no caramel, and tasted so water down it was nasty AS HELL!!!! The female who was giving us are order was rude, had attitude and was taking her time getting the coffee and was too busy pulling up her pants. There are people who want to work and then you get people like her working hating her job! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!! This location sucks!!
