Sorry to say that tonight or should i say terrible morning .. approximately around 2:44 am i asked for my meal to be well done… FRESH waited 40 minutes overall even counting the speaker when there was barley a line get to the second window to receive my food i was bout a good 20 minutes there recieve my drinks the sprite gave soda water so i asked to switch my drinks out girl at the window caught an attitude like would u drink soda water yourself ???!? Lost anyways let that slide get my food asked for fresh food keep in mind get the food bite into my fries rock hard but hot i know the difference between fries dropped fresh and fries just being re dipped in oil seemingly to be fresh 0-10 and ruined my whole appetite.

SHAMARLA should NOT be an employee there…

I am writing to report a very disappointing customer service experience that occurred on January 7 at approximately 9:55PM at this McDonald’s location.

My order was taken, and I waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes. Before leaving the parking lot, I reached into the bag to grab a french fry and noticed the fries were extremely hard and stale. Since I had not yet exited the property, I returned to request a replacement.

I then waited an additional four minutes standing at the lobby counter while an employee organized sauces. I explained the issue and asked SHAMARLA whether my fries could be upgraded to a large, given the extended wait time and poor quality of the original fries. SHAMARLA refused.

I explained that due to the length of time spent in the drive-through, I reasonably assumed fresh fries were being prepared. SHAMARLA again refused and stated that my only option was a refund. I agreed to the refund.

SHAMARLA then refunded my money and threw my food and my child’s Happy Meal into the trash. I asked for her name and requested that she spell it so I could note it. She quickly spelled it and I asked her why she was being so rude. She became defensive and stated she did not want to argue, despite the fact that I was not arguing—only documenting the interaction.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at McDonald’s. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile, cruel, and wasteful, especially discarding my child’s meal. As a customer, I waited twice to be served, received food that was not fresh, and was offered no reasonable resolution.

I hope this matter is reviewed, as this experience does not reflect the level of service I expect from McDonald’s.

It is not hard to understand no onions or pickles on hamburgers when someone requests it. It was poured all over. It went to the trash because I am allergic to onions as per the request of not having it on there to begin with.

Not sure why this place only has 3 stars. It should have all 5⭐ I’ve ordered multiple times in the last 3 days. Every time the food comes out hot fresh and in less than 3 minutes. All the employees I’ve met are very down to earth and professional. Not sure if this place is under New Management but they are doing way better than three stars.

Usually, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Always have a positive service experience, even at 2am. And the food is usually pretty good. However, the experience tonight (around 8:30/8:45) was different. We ordered curbside pickup and waited. The girl who came out with everything barely said a word and clearly handed off the food in a hurry and didn’t check if anything else was needed. We were missing a bottle of water so my husband went in to retrieve it. No one was paying attention to the front when he went in and the same girl had to be told she had someone waiting and then had an attitude when my husband told her we were missing the item and at first refused to give it to him without the receipt, even though she just saw us outside a few min before. We also got home to discover that every single fry was very undercooked. I worked at McDonald’s when I was younger and I know they have timers to keep this from happening so either someone is pulling too early or the equipment is a problem. Sad times…

On 1/20/26 at approximately 6:15 pm at McDonald’s on Lee Rd my daughter in law ordered 2 $5 McChicken combos it took all of 30 minutes for us to receive the order and the order was completely wrong when my daughter in law brought it to the attention of the cashier she said it wasn’t her fault and refused to correct the order or call the manager therefore we were stuck with 3 McChicken sandwiches which were suppose to be ketchup and pickles only that wasn’t even correct the management here is ridiculous if they focused on their employees and not worry about standing in the bathroom listening to people using the stall they might have a better shift because after 4 pm the service is horrible and the employees attitudes are beyond acceptable

This McDonalds is always gives your drinks and makes you park whether you have anyone behind you. They don’t want GM’s to know their real turn around times. Never fails. Takes too long to complete orders going thru their drive thrus. Have even had them forget my order completely leaving me their 20 minutes. And me having to go inside looking for my food.

The food‘s good, but the associates are rude as hell. They don’t greet you when you come in. I’ll see you standing there not even acknowledge you. If something‘s wrong, they kind of get an attitude about fixing it. Most of the time the food‘s great it’s hot. It’s fresh there. Customer service just needs a lot of help. I understand. It’s frustrating working in customer service but you have to be friendly to people, especially when they’re spending their money in your establishment.

Cashier that took my order ( light skin with fro) was great! But getting my food, the chick with the natural hair was not pleasant and when I said my fries were weak (not fresh and crisp), she did not acknowledge, but just continued to work. On 10/25/25 between 2:17-2:27am.

I have been going here for the last 2 years and have not had many instances where they messed my order up. Today I ordered a plain quarter pounder with no cheese. Can you believe this was not done right twice? The second time the manager gets my food from the person who made it as he tells her “tell him I put saliva in it” in spanish. Little did he and the manager know that I speak Spanish. I told the manager that what he said was wrong and she agreed and apologized. I told her that she needed to tell him in front of me that it was not right or to tell him to say it to my face. He came around and acted dumb.
