Absolutely loved this burger spot. The burgers: Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and stacked with fresh toppings. The bun was soft yet sturdy, and every bite had that perfect balance of flavor. Fries and a super tasty dipping sauce. Portions were generous without feeling over the top. I prefer a regular straight cut fries over steak cut fries by the way.
The service was friendly, fast, and attentive. The lady who served us checked in just the right amount and made great recommendations.
The restaurant was clean, cozy, and welcoming. Great quality for the price — you can taste the care in every ingredient.

It’s been a while since I had Red Robin, so I decided to stop in and see what was new. We got the usual freckled lemonade, Parmesan garlic wings, a chicken sandwich, and a new alcoholic beverage they serve with an extra beaker of alcohol. There was no wait, and our server was super friendly. Our food was delicious and the drinks were surprisingly strong for a restaurant. They have so many specials and new drinks, it’s easy to find something to enjoy.

Yall Our first visit and the service and food was AMAZING from the time we walked through the doors. Our server Izaiah was the best and really made this visit a memorable one! We waited to be seen for a long time due to high dinner rush but Heather and management were extremely kind and quick to take our order once made aware of our wait time. Despite having to wait a bit, they offered compensation for some of our food and future food vouchers. Overall very nice atmosphere and staffing, food came quick and tasted great. No harm in a little wait!

The food is amazing if you eat there,any carry outs are a nightmare. The servers and service is horrible. Nothing but attitudes and a lack of any kind of caring about anything. The orders are always cold and often wrong. They (management) make up for it properly but at some point it needs to be addressed internally, 3 out of 4 wrong orders and dealing with poor customer service takes a toll and I just cant go back. The pizza place inside had some of the best pizza but its always cold. And once there was even a piece of pizza missing but I didn’t have the energy to call and complain again.

I’ve been going to Red Robin for years and they never disappoint! Their servers are nice and I forgot who my server was this time but she was very nice she asked me for refills and my food got out in less than 45 minutes. I ordered my own well-done custom burger with American cheese and it was amazing. The meat was cooked right, it wasn’t greasy, and it wasn’t raw or burnt either. I had the mozzarella sticks and they were amazing. They were cooked right, they tasted good, those weren’t greasy, and the marinara sauce tasted very well. The last thing I got was the Pretzel bites and they tasted very amazing. They weren’t burnt, they were salted well, and the cheese sauce tasted good with it as well. My own complaint this time is that the Fries I had on the side with my burger weren’t as good. Some of them were good and were fine but some tasted like pure starch though I get why every place does that. It was all very good when I went here yesterday. Definitely will always go back. Even when they messed up my order (very rarely), the next time is was way better.

We placed an order for six people to go. The food was good however they did make a mistake on a couple of the sides. Also the continuity of their menu on all items was not the same. It should be easier to tell it when substituting and not have to hit save and then add to the cart. There is plenty of parking, It is handicap accessible, they have salads and specialty burgers to choose from if you’re vegan, they understand the concept of gluten-free, and they’re in this side dishes are a nice plus.

Manager Tyler is really great! I realized there was an error with my takeout order after I got all the way home and I called to get it fixed. He fixed the problem in an efficient way, and was super friendly and understanding while doing so. The food tasted great and because of the customer service, I’d go back again.

Good service with nice staff. Their milkshakes come with a little refill glass. A couple different choices of unlimited sides to go with entrees.
