Hubby and I have been to Ref Robins many times and the burgers are always good. Pizza has now been added to the menu for more variety other than burgers. Our server was very attentive. Fries with our entree were cold, however our reorder of fries were piping hot! The restaurant could stand to be freshened up as it is looking kinda run down.

It was happy hour and they were out of margaritas and Truly. I think you need to check your inventory!!!! Waitress Katarina was very nice but she did not know what flavors of Truly they had. She asked me if I wanted my burger pink or not and I said not and it arrived pink. I asked for butter for my steamed broccoli and all they had was MARGARINE. What restaurant does not have butter? How do you offer happy hour and not have 2 drink staples???? The table we sat that was a drop leaf table and the divider was full of gunk. The restaurant smells old and needs a deep cleaning. We will not be back.

Always a favorite place to visit. Had mozzarella twists for an appetizer.. they were good. For my main dish had the chicken sandwich which was cooked perfectly.. I’ll probably add bacon next time. Can’t forget about the endless fries… yumm!

My husband and I had an early dinner here on a Sunday to have the 3 for $10 deal (which was still posted on their website). We were seated right away, but when asked about the deal the waiter said “oh no no no we don’t do that here”, which was disappointing. Our drinks and first order of fries were served promptly. We asked for straws but ended up waiting so long, I went to the bar to get them. The information on the “ziosk” is incorrect regarding cleanliness. I witnessed a table being cleaned with a cleaning spray, but did not see the high touch areas (condiments/seasoning) being wiped down. The silverware we received definitely did not look like it was “washed twice”. The fries were hot and fresh. And that is the only thing I can say nicely about the food. The whiskey bbq burger was smothered in mushrooms, it was the only thing you can taste and the bacon cheeseburger had so much mayo it would ooze out after a few bites (see attached). We were tempted to order the donut tower for dessert, but never had a chance to. During the middle of our meal, the waiter asked if we needed help paying using the ziosk. He never came back to the table. It seemed like he was kicking us out even though it was far from busy and he was still waiting on other tables. If it wasn’t for the original promptness of being seated, and receiving our drinks & first order of fries right away this would be a much lower score.

We were seated right away, but the server took some time coming over. Our server suggested to order something, which we did and then she forgot to enter it in so we didn’t get it. Otherwise the food was great. She did not come back to check on us and we checked out and left without seeing her again.

We started coming to this Red Robin so often that Cayden(sp?) (he has a nose ring) (you know the one) remembered our drink orders. Embarrassing, if I’m being honest with you. For us, not for him. I worry that half of the people here think we’re stalking them. We aren’t–really the problem is that the people that work at the Olive Garden down the street are all insane, and also Red Robin serves more than 2 things I like to eat. And also they don’t all make me feel like I’m dying moments after ingesting them. I think it’s probably also cheaper but I never check because what am I going to do, NOT go to Red Robin?
