Mom had the french onion soup and seafood fettuccine alfredo, my partner had clam chowder and spaghetti with meatballs, and I had the garden salad and spaghetti with brown butter and mizithra cheese. All of the meals also come with unlimited bread with garlic butter, ice cream, and tea or coffee.
Our server, Sydney, was really nice and super attentive, I had drink refills brought to me every time my glass was 1/4 full, and she even brought us to go boxes without ever asking. The service was so good that I think she deserves a shout out by management. She is definitely a top tier server and should be working in fine dining!
Everyone left very satisfied, and Mom and I have half of our pasta dishes for lunch for tomorrow! For an average price of $18-23 for the meal that comes with bread, soup or salad, pasta dish, ice cream, and tea or coffee it just cannot be beat. I know my Mom will definitely be singing their praises at her Senior independent living building. The old ladies will be jealous!
• The Food: I ordered the lasagna, and it did not disappoint. It arrived at the table piping hot and was loaded with a generous amount of melted cheese. It’s exactly the kind of hearty, comforting meal you expect from a classic Italian-style restaurant.
• Service: The service was great. What stood out most was the multigenerational staff—it’s clear they have a team with a wide range of experience, and everyone was attentive and professional.
• Atmosphere: The environment is incredibly warm and family-friendly. Whether you’re there for a quiet dinner or a loud family gathering, the “old-school” decor makes it feel welcoming for all ages.
Summary: If you’re looking for a reliable spot in Abbotsford with tasty food and a comfortable vibe, this is it!
We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti marinara. We were both pleased with how delicious and fresh the food was. It was had a very quaint and friendly atmosphere. The staff were very professional and attended to our every need.
If we are back in the area we would be happy to return. Keep it up!
Food was great when presented! She’s a bombshell!
Anyway would 10/10 ask her out but old spaghetti factory was an overall great experience
When I arrived earlier than I would any other restaurant, I received a table right away. I took a bit to think about what I ordered, and I asked for the New York Steak with Fries, medium rare with a garden salad and the Summer in the City New York Sour cocktail. The drink was subtle yet flavourful in taste. The steak was fantastic; it had that barbecued taste while still being juicy. The fries tasted great and did not require condiments or extra seasoning while the sauteed mushrooms were pretty good. The complimentary bread was warm, fresh and crunchy and the garlic butter helped enhanced the bread’s palate.
The restaurant’s aesthetic interior always had this antiquated yet sophisticated look to it. The service was very good, and they came frequently to my table.
I really enjoyed coming back to the Spaghetti Factory after all this time and I do hope for the very best for this business.
