From the minute we walked in, everyone was a pleasure, especially the owner Nash. Super friendly, funny, and genuinely welcoming. He was walking around checking on everyone, and you could tell the staff was happy to be there too. The food came out quick and everything was prompt. Honestly, it brought back memories of when I was younger and customer service actually mattered. The IHOP location on Panola really needs to take notes because their customer service is horrible. It takes nothing to be kind, and this location gets it right.

Horrible. Did an online order was supposed to be ready by 919am I gave it time and arrived at 925am only literally 4 customers including children already seated and eating I stood there for 5 min before they finished their personal conversation in the kitchen and acknowledge i had an order. Attitudes were nonchalant and as if it was a bother. I assume it was the manager that went in there and made them actually start making the order 5 min after that. Woke up on a rainy Tuesday morning during the holiday season and was greeted by Amanda with Christmas season cheer! Service was immediate! Breakfast was absolutely perfect! The manager by the name of Sharae And my waitress Karen P. were laughing and having such a great time with their coworkers and customers it was a lovely experience and man o man did I say the food was perfect and the pancakes melted in my mouth!!! Thanks team!!! Rigo you did fantastic with those cakes!

Terrible Service. The server looked unkempt. His pants were below his behind. His area was dirty. We waited for him to clean the table. Minutes after he wipe the table an insect crawled across the table. I alerted a passing server. He used the menu to brush it from the table. The manager and another server came to inform us that they were going reclean the tables in the area with bleach. We were moved to another table. The manager was apologetic. Finally the food came. It was cold. The tea was cold as well. This a really terrible experience. I wanted to leave even before the food came. My husband didn’t. At the end he tipped the waiter. Didn’t deserve it. The icing on the cake…Yes, I came home and started to have diarrhea. I will not patronize again.

It was a busy Sunday lunch service so the hostess was seating tables when we arrived. We waited about 5 minutes before she returned to seat us. From the kitchen we could hear a lot of cursing about mistakes being made with the food preparation. Once we were seated we waited about 10 minutes before our server arrived. We ordered and after another 10 minutes the food arrived. The food was mediocre but not as bad as the service. We had never been to this location before and we probably won’t go back.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to IHOP. The menus were very sticky, which immediately made the table feel unclean. I ordered my omelette soft, but it came out extremely overcooked. It was dry, falling apart, and lacked flavor, with very little cheese and chicken. The pancakes were also a letdown texture-wise. They were flat instead of fluffy, though I will say the flavor was at least decent. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, especially for a place known for breakfast.

I ordered my food online and went in to pick up my food however the light skinned young guy with the afro was rude and very disrespectful. He asked me my name and got a super attitude when I repeated my name back to him and was like you didn’t have to say it like that…. All I did was repeat my name because he act like he couldn’t hear me. So he proceeded to walk off talk nasty and came back with my good and threw the bags too me like it was trash the only reason I took it because I had already paid and it was fro my kids but I will not be back to this location staff is rude and very disrespectful

The food was aweful. The bacon looked like it was fried in old oil or almost burnt as it was brown, the eggs looked as if they came out of a carton and just an overall unpleasant experience. I was so hungry before work but could not even finish it. Will never go back or recommend. Should have realized it being empty at 10:20 am was a red flag.

The food was good… but the service was HORRIBLE!!!! The waitress was slow and inattentive!!!! The location on Panola Road is pure trash and this location is running a close 2nd. There were empty ketchup bottles on 90% of the tables….I even heard one server make a racist comment… stating that Mexicans that do not speak English well… are not good tippers. The staff was more into interacting with each other… and not the customers…. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! I will not be back… the staff sucks BIG time… they need to be trained!!!!
