Just want to shout out the team here for helping us out. My wife ordered a BigMac through the app for 6000 points. When we arrived to pick it up, points were gone but the order had disappeared- no drive-thru code, no email confirmation, no order history.
We went inside to explain what happened, and the manager gave us a BigMac with no hesitation.

I visit this location today after lunch time and the young lady that gives the food in drive-thru had the worst attitude in the world. My drink was leaking, I asked for sweet and sour sauce multiple times and was never provided with it. I had to ask for napkins and ketchup multiple times and were priced with two. She was an extremely rude person. Please remove her from the drive thru window, she is truly misrepresenting the brand. Extremely disappointed today.

It was fine until recently. Whoever manages the drink machine turned the orange juice to water ratio down so it just tastes like orange water. This wasn’t an isolated incident. It’s been like this for at least the last 2 months.

10/31/2025 around 8:30 PM. My boyfriend and I pull up, there’s two cars line, TOTAL. We pull up to the second line in the drive thru. The automated voice goes, we say no… and then nothing. My boyfriend says “hello?” With no answer for a minute. THEN 1-2 minutes later the lady lets us know she’ll be with us shortly. FIVE minutes later (remember, there’s two cars TOTAL in the drive thru) asks us what we want to order. I had already told my boyfriend what I ordered but it was something different than I usually get. He started to order but asked her to hold on so he could confirm my order. She immediately goes “I’m going to the other lane you had plenty of time to look at the menu” and speaking over my boyfriend repeatedly, even though he started to order. Just kept speaking over him. She went and took the other cars order so we left. My boyfriend drove to the pay window to address her and her scary tail wouldn’t even look out the window. We left. She was overall very rude. Maybe she’s having a bad day, maybe her life sucks, but that’s not really fair to the customer. My boyfriend has diagnosed ADHD, when things are out of routine, like my order tonight, he has a hard time remembering. If you don’t like your job, GET A NEW ONE.

this location and the one on east west connector have terrible customer service. These ladies spend most of there time talking then working.
There is rarely ever someone at the cashier or pick up counter.
Very slow service. I hate coming to both locations

I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU JUST TO BE CHARGED OVER $9 FOR A ORDER OF HOTCAKES AND BACON , I DID ALSO ORDER A HASHBROWN . WHEN I GET TO WORK I RELIZE THAT THERE IS NO HASHBROWN TRIED TO CALL THEM THEY WONT ANSWER… SURPRISE SURPRISE. I HAD ISSUES LAST WEEK WHEN I ORDERED COFFEES AND THEY HAD NO MILK IS WHAT THE PERSON WORKING THE WINDOW SAID I ASKED WERE THEY GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY? THEN HE CAME BACK AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO BUT THE MILK IN THE MACHINE TO PLEASE PULL UP AFTER SITTING THERE I GUESS SHE WAS THE MANAGER (MS. SHARON) CAME TO MY CAR AND TOLD ME THERE WAS ISSUES AND THAT I COULD GET THEM THE NEXT MORNING AND BLESS HER SHE WAS THE NICEST PERSON I HAVE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH OVER FAST FOOD WHEN THERE WAS A ISSUE. AND SHE HANDLED THE SITUATION I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND NO PROBLEM
SO NOW I SIT TRYING TO CALL THEM AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER. I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. THERE IS NO REASON FOR ALL THESE MISTAKES. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THIS IS NOT THE MC DONALDS I WILL EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN.

Came here to eat breakfast we decided to dine in. First walking in we were greeted by another customer we stood in line and the guy told us we have to order from the machine. Second we waited 30 minutes for our food (separate orders) when my order was called I walked up and to my surprise the elderly gentleman that ordered when I did was still standing there waiting to pay when I mentioned it to the lady she stated well he has to wait because we are short staffed! My friend ordered an ice Coffee just like I did but when her order came up she was told the machine was broken and they weren’t serving ice coffee I will post pics as proof. Had I not wiped the seats we would’ve sat in dirt with small kids. Poor management poor customer service! If you want better pay you have to do better what I experienced today was not worth $13/hr more like $2.50/hr.

Worst place ever. I hardly ever eat hamburgers or fast food but I was craving a burger. I order for me and my daughter and this is what I bit into. Raw patties. Then they didn’t even give us our iced coffees. I tried calling and reaching out and nobody ever answered or responded. I didn’t eat for 2 days after this. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The employees ignore you on top of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to be ignored and get sick from undercooked food.

The managers are so rude at this location. Karen was a manager in shift she was around with an attitude and making a pouting face. She had an attitude with her employees and gave me an attuide as well.
