Me & my family came to this location around 4:15pm – 2/14/26, we were told they were unstaffed and that there would be a 15 minute wait, no problem. We waited and were able to get sat in the restaurant not too long after. There was only one server and what really stood out was although she was the only one, she did an amazing job and the service was perfect, she was very patient and made sure we were always doing alright from the time we left. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. Our food was out in no time & everything was perfect! I hope IHop can fix the understaff problem for night shift, it would definitely bring people in and help so she isn’t the only server.
We don’t remember her name anymore, but she had black hair – you were amazing!

We ate at IHOP for a late breakfast on Saturday. Food was good, as usual, but prices are ridiculous. I know inflation has made food prices skyrocket, but $15 for an omelet at IHOP is intolerable. I had the over 55 special at $9 which is still too much. We all had the food we expected at good quality with a great waitress. But $45 for 3 people to eat breakfast is over the top. Please give me a thumbs up if this helped you. Thanks!

This is pretty pathetic that I’ve been here multiple times this week to enjoy a dinner with my wife for Valentine’s and for my birthday but I can’t even give a review to a restaurant who’s only taking “to-go” orders only as the sign on the door states! This is ridiculous!!! Its we now are driving 35 minutes to a better IHOP! Thanks for nothing!!

This is my family of 8 first and last time coming to this IHOP. We are from out of town We have never ever experienced an atmosphere like what we experienced just now. We are so shocked. I wish we would have checked the reviews before coming here. If you are reading this just know you have been warned.
*The entire restaurant was empty. We should have known that by seeing that right away.
*The service from Sasha & Nisha were very kind. Thank you ladies.
*The light holders or lights fixture kept a massive amount of flies in just our area which by the way is a distance from the front door. There is a large glass window that separates the customers from the door on the left side as you enter this restaurant.
We requested an accommodation and the manager stated at first there is nothing he can do and he knows that there is a problem with the flies at the table. We later received an updated bill with some drinks removed. This is disgusting, unacceptable, unprofessional and an obvious problem that needs to be addressed and fixed to create a better atmosphere.
We decided to sit at a separate table to at least enjoy some of our food. (Shaking my head) the standards here are shocking.
Our motto is if a restaurant shows you who they are believe them, do not say you were not warned. 11/8/25 3PM Saturday

We keep coming back hoping it’ll be better, but we’re consistently disappointed here so this will be our last time. Usually understaffed, so slow service & food is not cooked right, dishes were dirty (again) & even on a Sunday morning it was almost empty so that should speak for itself.

I gave this place 3-stars a couple years ago. They’ve come a long way!
We stopped for breakfast on Sunday. We were seated quickly, waited upon promptly by Beth, and served great food. I had eggs Benedict and forgot to ask for extra hollandaise sauce (because it can be overcooked and dry), but it was perfect! We all enjoyed our food. Beth was very attentive and efficient. The icing on the cake… I used the restroom and 2 employees were at the sinks with lather up to their forearms chatting. They left with very cleansed hands! (I recently left another cafe where the waitress came out of a smelly stall, waved her hands under a dribble of cold water and wiped them on her shirt as she exited!)
5-Stars IHop… Everyone is doing a great job!

We did not get our drinks or order put in until 30 mini after we sat down. We got there at 7:15 and did get our food until 8:45, which has never happened to us at any restaurant. We didn’t get any silverware, had to get it ourselves and our appetizer came out with our meal. I got the classic with bacon and my burger was raw, I completely lost my appetite and could not even finish my onion rings. I have never had worse service from a restaurant until I came here with my family. I will never come back to an ihop.
