We were gifted with a nice gift card to Longhorn which we had not visited in a few years. I added our names to the online wait list, but when we arrived we were told it would be 30 minutes to be seated. I asked why even have a wait list since we were there right on time? We were then seated. Why give your customers a hard time because your host was not paying attention to the wait list?

We each got the Wild West Shrimp appetizer along with a bowl of shrimp and clam chowder. The chowder was really good and the shrimp appetizers were loaded. We got the waitress to bring us a second loaf of bread so we each had one and proceeded to cut in half and stuff with the shrimp and cover in the ranch dip to create our own Shrimp Po Boy Sandwich!! Brilliant!! Lol

⭐️⭐️⭐️On my most recent visit the order was a disaster, several items were missing. Such as a lobster tail, broccoli, butter for the lobster and a large salad. The manager Bryan actually helped and was extremely understanding and kind.
