After Diana Sweeney got involved, the entire situation turned around! 100% things happen because we’re human; business or not. HOW you treat people AFTER, that says A LOT. Diana was able to pick up the pieces where Daisy, the individual who took my order the phone, (I can’t remember his name), and whomever made our son’s order, dropped the ball. She communicated with me, gathered ALL the information, and came back with a resolution that I thought was above and beyond! For the foreseeable future, because of our little one’s sensory issues, we will be tied to Chik-Fil-A because that is the only protein he will eat. I’m hopeful that things will continue to move along smoothly as they have for the past few years, and this was just a hiccup, but if we were to ever face another uh-oh, I feel confident going straight to Diana knowing that at least she cares.
I’ve been trying since the 5th to get some kind of resolution with this issue. I placed an order over the phone because the website didn’t list all the available sizes for catering. My husband picked up the order on January 3rd. Our son’s birthday was the following day, and with stores being closed, that was our only option. Our neurodivergent child has decided that this is all he will eat, so here we are. The morning of the 4th, we wake up and get ready to heat up the mac and cheese, and find a pill of burned trash! LITERALLY! Not in anyway edible, just black, burned, and crusted over! The chicken nuggets, and chicken tenders weren’t any better because they were dried out! Whomever was tasked with preparing our food clearly over cooked ALL of it! After emailing, I got what I feel is the most dismissive reply ever from someone named Daisy. What this individual had to say was pretty much I’m S.O.L, this isn’t her problem, “Because most restaurants are independently owned and operated”, blah, blah, blah. She didn’t care, and she made THAT clear! At this point, my last resort to get all of my money back is to submit a claim to my bank including the photos of this nasty slop we were given for $200. Sad that you can’t capture dried out chicken nuggets and chicken tenders with a photo. First and last time! We will NEVER use their catering again, and think twice about going to Chick fil as a whole. I have the app, you have the last four of my card. You can see how often we buy food from a number of your stores! The least you can do is PRETEND to care that we didn’t get what we paid for!
We get to the window and there are like 5 employees standing around stretching and talking about their wild night.
THEN I get my order and open it to find that my bread was burnt to carbon. I opened it as we hit the road and we didn’t have time to turn around and let an entire restaurant of employees with absolutely no customers before or after us waiting to place an order fix my meal that never should have been bagged up.
I have been very disappointed with multiple chic fil a establishments lately but this one takes the cake. Unprofessional employees and BAD food packaged.
I have worked in multiple restaurants and I have made mistakes and let something burn but you don’t put it in the bag. You don’t put the ingredients on that bread. You toast it again.
Again- WOW. Such impressive disregard by an entire crew of employees.

Final edit- got to choke down the stalest tater tot’s I have EVER HAD! How do you have stale cold tater tot’s 1 hour into opening with NO ONE THERE TO SERVE?!
I can’t wait to hear the owner respond and explain this ridiculous excuse for service and what they call food.
Picking it up and being rushed out of line. It was wrong and we had no silverware. His ice cream melter because we had to wait in the long line again for the fries they didn’t provide and no silverware to eat Mac n cheese. After pulling up. He is screaming for fries with an ear earache and headache they quested my order like I was trying to steal fries. Th manager was standing there. Then they proceed to give me a fork and dirty look qnd asked me to go park to wait for fries. I did he cried and his ice cream totally melted with no spoon. Just a horrible experience for my grandson. He wasn’t a brat he was in pain and only wanted fries they failed to profited and then treated us like we were thieves. So sad. I love their food. Bust customer service should match the product.
