This is one of the worse experiences I’ve had!! I called them to tell complain about my order I’ve received thru uber.. the manager said she couldn’t do anything about if she didn’t had the sandwich in front of her.. ( I had surgery a week ago and can’t drive) i explained it to her and she still refused to do anything.. so I had to send my husband to bring it to her (Wich I stayed alone n couldn’t b alone) and she still kept on asking for screenshots of my uber order and receipt!! Then she says she will call me the next day to do report.. I didn’t received not even an apology or nothing.. just attitude like if it was my fault! It’s been 3 days and no one called me still.. I called today and the manager said I need to wait 48-72 hours after incident.. I told her it’s been over 72 hours then she says hold on let me ask manager(Wich I thought I was talking to one) n then She hangs up!! I’ve asked for corporates number and they declined it saying that all corporate is gonna do is call her.. this is disgustingly wrong in all kind of ways!! But I will start making phone calls today

I would like to make a complaint regarding extremely unprofessional behavior I experienced at the drive-thru tonight.
At approximately 10:08 PM – 10:15 PM, I was in the drive-thru in a blue Hyundai. The female employee at the speaker asked if I had a mobile code. I told her yes and provided the code. Instead of confirming the order professionally, she laughed and said “67,” which is a TikTok trend, and continued laughing on the speaker. This behavior was very unprofessional.
After that, another female employee came on the speaker because the first one walked away laughing. The second employee asked me for the code again. While trying to give it to her, I could hear employees laughing in the background. It took about five minutes just for them to say they had my code.
When I finally tried to place my order (a 4-piece nugget Happy Meal), the second employee began acting like she could not hear me and seemed to be playing around as well. Then the first employee came back on the microphone and started laughing again.
The entire situation felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I previously worked at McDonald’s as a manager, and we used to test our employees through the drive-thru to ensure proper customer service. If this had been a corporate evaluation, it would have reflected very poorly on the restaurant.
Because of how rude and unprofessional the employees were acting, I had to leave the drive-thru and go to another McDonald’s location to place my order.
I hope management reviews the drive-thru recordings around that time and addresses this behavior. Employees representing the brand should be providing professional and respectful service to customers.

My family and I went to McDonald’s, and the place seemed to be run entirely by teenagers who were more focused on joking around and being sarcastic than doing their jobs. I ordered a bundle for my family, and there was no dipping sauce included. When I tried to get an employee’s attention to ask for the sauces I paid for, I was met with attitude, as if I was wrong for asking. The interaction was unpleasant and could have turned into a pointless argument. This was not a good experience at all.

So I went at midnight to the drive-through and I give my code for my birthday free item, which I chose a cheeseburger with onions and salt and pepper only. And to buy a medium fire, And when I pulled up to the window the guy said wait a minute. So I waited the manager came to me saying that do I have $6 because he put it as I gave him $10. I said I don’t have any cash. She said only thing we could do is that I’ll place your order, but you’re gonna have to pay for the cheeseburger because the code disappear. So I asked her. Can you just make one and give it to me? She said no rudely. I will never come back to this McDonald’s. Plus the Manager is inconsiderate and rude.

I stopped in at 8:30 am and bought 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. The biscuits were so hard that as soon as I took a bite it cut my gum. The other was for my wife who was waiting at home. I turned around went back and gave the bag to the manager. I did not want another or my money back because after eating these for most of my life im sure I will never eat at McDonald’s again.

The worst meal ever. My takeout BigMac had two patties shoved between the bun. Few morsels of onion and lettus. If there was secret sauce, it was in a secret location. Fries – hard as rock likely sitting under heat lamp. Get your act together McDonald’s. If your employees couldn’t care to work, close the place down or sell it to Shake Shack. Disgraceful.

This is one of the few places open on way home from work at 1-2 am. 2 days ago the bun on quarter pounder was hard burger was way over done, like it was in a warmer for hours, tonight ordered 10 nuggets received 4, quarter pounder was again not fresh. 7 out of 10 orders the order is wrong or missing something. It’s not much better in the day time. Stooped going for awhile buy tonight gave it another try. Surprise wrong again. If you order online you can’t get the credit/replacement item offered by manager

On the bright side the wait wasn’t as bad thought it would be- hence the rush from the cashier
