Was pleasantly surprised by this place! Shrimp and grits were AMAZING! (We ordered a second batch!) Seriously, I’ve been to NOLA many times over the years and this place nailed it. Great prices, good eats and neat drinks. So glad we visited. Staff are all great and the vibes were infectious! Be sure to grab a t-shirt and some of their custom hot sauce too!

This bar is a must if you have the pups. Dog friendly inside and both times in New Orleans we started our trip here. Mexican day so great deals on Margaritas, Mexican beers, and tacos of Al meats. No wait for a seat. Kid and dog friendly. Great service. Good food good drinks. Cool ambiance

I highly highly recommend this place for TexMex, drinks and great vibes.

I forgot to take pics of the menu but selection was decent. I had the blackened fish taco and the beef taco and both were amazing. So good I ordered another round with the coconut margarita.

The inside courtyard is

Bar and lighting was good. Everything is clean.

Second floor and balcony seating also good.

Go to this place you won’t be disappointed.

A game day must! Tacos are delish. Stopped into this chic sport to watch college game day. The vibe was fresh and chill! Corona buckets for $20 was definitely the perfect paring for game watching! We had the tacos and they were delish!!! The decor gives island vibes and the staff is friendly and attentive! We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door!! Definitely a must try!!

Be warned, Americans dine early!

You do not need prior surfing experience to enjoy the pleasantries here. Great atmosphere and ambience. But we arrived after the main dinner threshold (not sure what time this is but we arrived around 9).

We were given the “night time munchies” menu instead which was pretty disappointing, as the main menu looked rich with delicious options.

The place is decorated extensively with a surfing theme including an array of various surfboards. It’s not overpowering but gives a good character to the place. They seem to have a great sports showing too, with regular games streamed on TVs throughout the place.

I hope to return to try the proper menu at some point!

Nice place for lunch. They have a large outside seating area and a large bar with two sides. Service was a little slow, but friendly and helpful in finding the best for me. I would come back, but I would guess it will be very noisy at night.

Rolled in less than thirty minutes before closing, during Mardi Gras, casual neighborhood environment and friendly staff – even the closing kitchen staff. Lightly breaded fried shrimp with balanced seasoning – perfection.

While the restaurant upstairs was fully packed and was taking up to 30 minutes on waitlist, my husband and I went downstairs to the bar to enjoy drinks before a concert. We had a great time in the atmosphere was nice down there. My husband was able to watch the football game while we enjoyed drinks to the beach view.

Loved loved loved this place. Jerry was our server, very attentive and so nice. Drinks were so awesome and delicious. Food was good…. atmosphere was great. We were only here for lunch so we didn’t get the whole experience but I think it’s probably great at night too. Hostess was sweet and a cutie. Loved it they love dogs too…. so sweet… also best play list
