Absolutely the best services I’ve gotten from fast food since 2020, when it seems customer service died in America. The crew at this location definitely needs to receive some recognition for their great work. This place was packed, and the staff there handle it very well and kept people moving. Very fast, friendly, and very accurate on our order. The crew that was there the night I went, was awesome. I will definitely be going back, not only because of the food, but the good service as well.

Glad to have the playplace reopened. I usually always would just go through the drive thru, but now I will go inside more. They had enough people during my visit, but the people still missed a couple of my items and needed to be reminded of what they missed.

The employees working here at this time of night, are rude and incompetent. Trying to tell me to go back around so other cars can come through when I’m obviously struggling with my mobile order. I could not seem to get the app to let me pick a large sweet tea and the women working the drive thru were just rude and tried to say they know nothing about the app. You ask us every time we come through the drive thru are we using the mobile app so don’t ask that if you don’t know what the app is about. If you’re so miserable at your job that you can’t help people find a different profession and quit getting attitudes with people.

Went to the drive thru on a family road trip with 7 of us. Had a large order with some specialized things (no onions, no mustard, etc.). They had our food FAST and fresh, all the sauces, nothing was missing and everything was correct. Best Mc ds I’ve been to lol.

So I’ve had alot of good Big Macs in my life! 1,248 to be exact…but number 1,249. Man this one was life changing, this was the greatest Big Mac I’ve ever had in my life. There was something about…just perfect sorta like the krabby patty. Went to get a Big Mac and there was no patty one even one on my sandwich. Very poor service as I even had to pull to the 3rd window to wait for my food and they still got the order incorrect and didn’t give me a receipt. Added photos to confirm no patties on either part of the sandwich.
