One of the worst branches ever
I ordered a sausage sandwich, but when I got home, I found that it only contained egg, bacon, and cheese — there was no sausage at all.
I later returned to the store and spoke with the afternoon shift manager around 9:00 PM. Despite the fact that my breakfast was already ruined and I had paid for a sandwich that was basically empty and not what I ordered, her response was very dismissive. She said, “What do you want me to do?” and did not offer an apology or a solution. She is not respecting the customers
I was very disappointed with both the mistake and how the situation was handled.

I was in a rush so we stopped at McDonald and got to happy meals. The hamburger was nowhere near what it supposed to be. I asked for extra onions and pickles.looks like they just threw some old onions and salt on my hamburger because it was salty and my fries were old. My daughter chicken nuggets were not hot nor was her fries. I know to check my food for now on before I leave the drive-through window. I call to talk to a Manager and they hung up on me. My daughter took these pictures.

The staff was very rude I am disable and have a disability and I have a boot on my foot that I can’t walk on. Is she expecting me to carry my DoorDash food and use two crutches at the same time I got the lady on Video saying that she don’t care that I have a booty on my foot and I can’t walk. I have to come inside to get my food then when I asked her for the HR number, she will say I don’t know you need to figure it out and get out my drive-through I will be spreading the video around on TikTok, Instagram, and every other social media that I can get my hands on this right profiling gotta stop

My daughter & I stopped. We went inside & ordered the 20 nuggets & basket of fries to share & again you can only get 3 dipping sauces. You always run out of sauce before you do your nuggets & ketchup doesn’t go good with chicken nuggets. The price you pay McDonald’s can afford a 4th sauce with 20 pieces.
