The kid behind the counter that was taking my order was taking his sweet time and got my entire meal wrong once I got home and started to eat the food. We realize that it all had condiments on it which we asked for plain cheeseburgers spent $50. And I called back to find out why my meal is wrong and they tell us that it is our fault for not checking the bag before we leave. It is not my fault that I didn’t check the bag before I left. It is their fault that they didn’t get it right the first time I shouldn’t have to check my food and make sure that they did their job.

Nom nom nom. You can’t ever go wrong with a hamburger Happy Meal with double fries Today I was on the hunt for the coveted Crocs clips! I suggest you order inside and ask if they have the Crocs toy, before ordering your Happy Meal. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They weren’t busy at all when I dropped in. The restaurant was well maintained and the staff was cleaning behind customers consistently. They also have a play place for the kiddos and plenty of seating. I also suggest downloading the McDonald’s App to order ahead for faster service and Deals

Honestly I feel so bad for the workers at this specific location. They’re working as fast as they can and just going inside you can tell everyone is STRESSED lol. Bc it’s next to a Walmart and on a highway, they get so much traffic and all the owners have really done to alleviate this traffic is add an extra lane and window, which only adds more stress as a customer bc in the double lane people want to skip ahead and fels like that extra window gets forgotten.

This McDonald’s is 3 mins from my house but I always second guess myself on whether I want to eat from here bc I know the wait is going to be long. The owners need to fix this location to account for the amount traffic there is.

I ORDERED A BBQ BACON QUARTER POUNDER (Angel Reese burger) and they put ketchup on it. There wasn’t a lick of bbq on it ima need yall to step it up and she literally said BBQ out of her own lips and still put ketchup on it I’ve never had a messed up order but they need to start paying attention!

So I usually never have a problem with this McDonald’s, and the people are always so kind and everything. However, today I came through and had a mobile order but they got me confused with someone else and was just having such an attitude whoever was on second window and the manager as well. I let them know my code and came through as usual, but today they had an attitude problem that was unpleasant and ruined my mood.

Went in on a Sunday morning and we couldn’t get in until 7am, as we were told my an employee. Anyway, if they just opened as we got in, why is the restaurant so filthy and dirty inside? The tables were nasty and the floors were very wet. It’s a safety hazard, as anyone can fall. This tells me that the night crew didn’t do anything. And after a while, an employee came in and put up a bunch of yellow signs indicating that the floor is wet. McDonald’s breakfast is always great, but cleanliness is everything for me.

We had a group of three people in the car one which was without a cell phone and they had to order through the drive-thru. Once we told the drive-thru attendant that we had two mobile orders and one order they asked us to go inside. Totally unreasonable. Once inside we asked the third person to go to the counter and order their order. There was a slight substitution to their order and they had a receipt bogo coupon as well. This caused the checkout person to freak out threaten to quit and cuss out every single person inside the kitchen. They started screaming “I don’t know what button to use and nobody is helping me!!!”. They can’t do this. They started yelling that they were supposed to be off 30 minutes ago. After 5 minutes of ranting, somebody finally helped this poor man. after the order was in, it took about 15 minutes to receive the order in which we went to the counter and mentioned our drive-thru orders and we were not helped. We gave them the codes everything and they dismissed it. After the in-person order received their food, we had to drive through the drive-thru again to receive our other orders.

Dispite the long lines they attend to order quick and get them out fairly fast. Only complaint would be their curbside pickup. It’s a hit or miss with their curbside pickup as you can get someone who come out fast or someone who takes their time walking around the building instead of walking through the curbside pickup door. Which ends up making the food cold. I would say I was very pleased with the service yesterday. Went to order the Minecraft Meal and dispite the many orders they had my food came out quick. If you come to this location I definitely recommend ordering at the counter or the self service machines inside or through drive thru.

I ordered a simple plain and dry burger and received the wrong burger. I had wait back in line at the drive-thru because the inside was closed to request a correction to my order. Then I had a difficult time because the manager wanted a receipt but they didn’t give me one because I paid with Apple pay. So then she tells me to pull up to the next window after I show her my transaction on my Apple Wallet. At the next window I had to explain this again to a different employee who couldn’t understand wha a plain and dry cheeseburger is. (Im allergic to ketchup). So then I am sent to a third window where I had to re-explain this to a different manager just to get my order right. By that time my fries were cold.
