I should have requested no chili meat! Because that’s all they’re serving now! IYKYK
I received my food, thankfully hot, but found no lids for my drink. I had to return to the front counter to ask for one. Upon realizing there were no napkins in my bag and none on the counter, I went back to the front counter again. Despite numerous staff members present and no other customers awaiting service, the area was poorly managed. I won’t be returning to that location due to the inadequate management. I spent more time at the counter for a lid and napkins than placing my order!
First of all nobody said they out of bbq they just automatically put sweet chilli in my bag when i aak for bbq!!!! I had to get out my car when i came thru drive thru!!!!! Then i ask for two spicy nuggets i got two regular nuggets!!!! I JUST FIND IT CRAZY HOW TWO PEOPLE CAN TALK TO ME THRU SPEAKER BUT CANT HEAR MY DAMN ORDER!!!!! I am pissed
So I’ve tried coming here before and the food is always cold or the lines really slow but today was a whole other issue.
So when I finally get up to the speaker to order, instead of a greeting, the cashier just started yelling “Wendy’s” over and over at me and I had no clue if he was talking to me, or if he was ready for me to place my order, but even if i tried he speak he would just keep repeating “Wendy’s”and FINALLY after the 20th time he asked if I needed more time to order.
I said no, I was ready and so then we go through the fastest most aggressive ordering I’ve ever been on the receiving end of. I was barely finished with my word when he would just cut me off and move to his next question. AND then, we get to the drinks and I asked to try the new oreo brownie one they have, and he just snapped “vanilla or chocolate” and i repeated that I wanted the other one, and he got LOUDER with the same question, I finally said chocolate, thinking he was asking about the base of the food, but NOPE then he just snapped at me that “okay pull up to the window” and i am still so confused.
Then went I’m rounding the corner i realized that no, I was not going to pay for something I didnt order or for putting up with the rudeness of the cashier and I just drove away.
I understand if a place is short staffed and you have to work a lot, you might get stressed out, but I’ve worked in the food industry for YEARS and this was just unacceptable. I won’t be back
