I believe in making a purchase when entering a business to use their facilities. After being stuck in traffic, I stopped at this Wendy’s because I was hungry and needed the restroom. I ordered immediately and requested fresh fries, which they provided. However, both the men’s and women’s restrooms were locked. After waiting five minutes with no one emerging, I inquired at the register about needing a key, only to be told the restrooms were in use. Ten minutes later, another employee informed me that both were out of order.

I received my food, thankfully hot, but found no lids for my drink. I had to return to the front counter to ask for one. Upon realizing there were no napkins in my bag and none on the counter, I went back to the front counter again. Despite numerous staff members present and no other customers awaiting service, the area was poorly managed. I won’t be returning to that location due to the inadequate management. I spent more time at the counter for a lid and napkins than placing my order!

A year ago this Wendy’s was one of the best in the area, great service, correct order, the drive thru worked. Now it’s rare if the drive thru is working, if they have large cups, if they get your order right. They seem understaffed and I’m sure corporate doesn’t care but it’s just a waste of money. OMG, I have never had old French fries like this. Grease lumps inside fries, burnt and left in microwave way to long. I asked for burger and fries, no combo please. I only received my RAW burger. When I asked about the fries… the employee began yelling at me, saying YOU DIDN’T ODER FRIES. WFT, really it’s just an order of fries. I blame upper mgmt. Please, treat your employees better. Pay them their WORTH. This doesn’t need to happen ever.

Staff here is SUPER rude!!! So Friday at round 6:30pm I go thru the drive thru. I order two meals and a cinnamon pull apart. First I have a long wait but while I’m waiting the drive thru window is open with a car pulled up in front of me and a white truck parked beside my passenger side talking to the lady in the drive thru window. Unprofessional especially since she was in a manager shirt. I didn’t receive a receipt.My fries was cold and my pull apart was burnt. I don’t live close I work in the area. I can deal with the cold fries but I’m on 285 by the time I get to the BURNT & HARD pull apart.

Nobody cares about service!!!
First of all nobody said they out of bbq they just automatically put sweet chilli in my bag when i aak for bbq!!!! I had to get out my car when i came thru drive thru!!!!! Then i ask for two spicy nuggets i got two regular nuggets!!!! I JUST FIND IT CRAZY HOW TWO PEOPLE CAN TALK TO ME THRU SPEAKER BUT CANT HEAR MY DAMN ORDER!!!!! I am pissed

This is the first time I have ever left a drive thru line before.

So I’ve tried coming here before and the food is always cold or the lines really slow but today was a whole other issue.

So when I finally get up to the speaker to order, instead of a greeting, the cashier just started yelling “Wendy’s” over and over at me and I had no clue if he was talking to me, or if he was ready for me to place my order, but even if i tried he speak he would just keep repeating “Wendy’s”and FINALLY after the 20th time he asked if I needed more time to order.

I said no, I was ready and so then we go through the fastest most aggressive ordering I’ve ever been on the receiving end of. I was barely finished with my word when he would just cut me off and move to his next question. AND then, we get to the drinks and I asked to try the new oreo brownie one they have, and he just snapped “vanilla or chocolate” and i repeated that I wanted the other one, and he got LOUDER with the same question, I finally said chocolate, thinking he was asking about the base of the food, but NOPE then he just snapped at me that “okay pull up to the window” and i am still so confused.

Then went I’m rounding the corner i realized that no, I was not going to pay for something I didnt order or for putting up with the rudeness of the cashier and I just drove away.

I understand if a place is short staffed and you have to work a lot, you might get stressed out, but I’ve worked in the food industry for YEARS and this was just unacceptable. I won’t be back
