Love me some chilis, 3 for me is the best deal!! We came for a family lunch during Christmas shopping and I got a chicken sandwich and omg how huge this thing was I could have fed an entire set of 4 kids of this thing. It was very crunchy and delicious. Fries always are good and the seasoning is always on point.

Literally ordered 2 of the fire egg roll appetizers… call in order. Worker literally MADE me pay for each separately. Idk why. Get to hotel… not cut like they present… just egg rolls in a card board box w sauce. Should have gone to Aldis and laid 1/3 of the price … lesson learned.

This is just an excellent place to go. The waitress pictured was among the best I’ve had. I travel for work and it’s just nice to be treated that good. Oh and whoever made the ultimate Cajun pasta dish I had was spot on. So yeah I’ll be back

Chili’s Grill & Bar in Rock Hill SC cooked my sirloin steak exactly the way I ordered it…to perfection. This has been a pet peeve of mine for a very long time…sending back my steaks because they were not prepared to my liking. So much so that steaks were no longer an option for me on the menu. But at this Chili’s I took a chance and it paid off. Kudos to the chef!!! Not only was the food good, but the service was great, the atmosphere was charming, welcoming, and clean. Oh! and you will want to try the Blackberry Lemonade too! Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks!

Bartenders were great food was good bathroom was overflowing toilets had to walk through that to use the urinal. I asked for the Mgr and started the conversation with service is great food is good but the bathroom is a mess he proceeded to make jokes and tell me I needed to calm down. Valentines day has ti be one of the busiest days of the year and he made jokes out of it. Thanks bartenders and servers. Mgr not so much.

My family loves Chilis. And recently we love it even more bc our server Telsa made it the best experience. She was kind and kept our cups full the whole time. She made sure everything was in a timely manor. If you go to Chilis in Rock Hill, SC make sure you ask for Telsa to be your server.

This location is filthy!!!!!There should not be food splatter all over the walls. I regret not looking around before the food arrived. The glass separating the booths is covered in forehead/finger prints. Our waitress was great,however the staff where cussing and discussing their personal issues so loudly from behind us.Made it very uncomfortable to sit there. The food was ok,I would compare it to frozen food covered in salt and sauce. Disappointed with the way this chain has went down hill. My water glass also had mold inside it from the amount of chips and scrapes inside it. I would recommend a different location if you are wanting chilis
