I love to come to chick-fil-a but today when I came for a medium Mac this is what I got and I’m upset with this being the only thing I got was this and some fries I didn’t open this until now to see this it’s usually full.

We had a fantastic visit! The young lady helping us, I think her name was Alyson (I’m so sorry I don’t remember), was outstanding! We had a big order and she was so patient while she took it and so kindly brought us our drinks. And it seemed like seconds after that, our food was ready and brought out. She checked to make sure we were ok and the food was so fresh and crisp, I had to wait for my food to cool a little. Amazing job at this location, great quality service, superb staff!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location in Wilson. When placing my order, I asked to substitute my fries for a yogurt. Instead, the employee added both a cookie parfait and fries to my meal, which caused my total to be much higher than expected. I didn’t realize the mistake until after I paid.
On top of that, the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken tasted undercooked, the fries were cold, and the sweet tea was not good at all. This was my first time visiting this location since I don’t live in Wilson and was just passing through, but unfortunately it will be my last.
I’ve never written a bad review about Chick-fil-A or requested a refund before, but this experience was bad enough that I feel it’s necessary.

Always clean, always polite, the food is correct and the restaurant is like a well oiled machine. Even when the drive through is insane, the way they do things gets you out pretty quick. Chick-fil-A is always a solid choice!

Although we only stopped for a few minutes on our way down south, I was primarily pleased with the overall experience that the Wilson Chick-fil-a had to offer. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a side of fries, the former being perfectly crispy on the outside and adequately juicy and hot on the inside. The seasoning blend on the breast was a perfect mix of cayenne and paprika with an uplifting presence of black pepper. The fries were just what you’d expect from Chick-fil-a: perfectly imperfect waffle-cut deliciousness. My sister opted for the Chicken Cool Wrap, which she has maintained a preference for through the years. Our only qualm with this entire experience is that the employee fulfilling our pick-up order failed to include her requested Avocado-Lime Ranch. Of course, the blame partly falls on us as we never inspected our bags upon leaving the restaurant, however, I’d expect more from an establishment that holds itself to such high standards. By no means did this trivial mistake hinder our dining experience to any extent, and we will be sure to come back anytime we’re in the area.

Now I know I didn’t buy a pack of lays chips. This large is mostly air!! Save a buck or two and stick w a medium since you get the same amount. Keep in mind I didn’t eat any and none are at the bottom of the bag .
