Ordered a FOUR piece chicken tender meal. When I got home and opened the box there were only TWO… this location needs to do better. Thought I only needed to check if they put the correct sauces I asked for, apparently not.

***Update… after typing this review and getting ready to eat my TWO tenders I go to grab the sauce and it is SYRUP.. I asked for BBQ.***

Apparently everyone else has issues at this location due to waiting times as two people pulled out of the drive through before I ordered…. “Welcome to Jacks may I take your order?”.. I’m sorry I mean Wendy’s…. (That should result in automatic termination! The food that I paid for went straight to the garbage! This location needs to be shut down as it seems no one cares about their service, food or anything else for that matter.

The staffs communication is not professional, food did arrive on time and the Dinning room is a 3. The dinner station need cleaning. The staffs need to be trained on how to speak with the guests, most guests will not complain but they will not come back. Successful business is repeat business if the guests don’t feel welcome they will not come back.

The staff there need to be re evaluated to work there because every time I go they act like they are high and mess my order up every time. Ask for sauce. They said it cost money okay cool put some in a bag I’ll pay for it and never received it. Also who eats a Caesar salad with vinaigrette dressing or whatever they use for one of the other salads. Plus rude as hell. Just saying. A smile makes a difference and some common sense.

Nuggets were dry and over cooked, hamburger was cold. Only things barely acceptable was the fries were hot and the drink was cold. Otherwise staff was rude after I asked for something that was on the marquee but apparently wasn’t an item I could order. My fault for stopping here hurriedly after an appointment, should have just waited until I got home. Definitely won’t be back

I have been to this location more times than I can count, always hoping it was just an off day or that things would be different. But every single time, it’s the exact same experience. No one ever answers the drive-through intercom, even though you can clearly see employees inside. Cars end up just sitting there with no response, and the line wraps all the way around the building.
I have never once actually gotten food from here because either no one answers at all, or the line takes so long, usually over 30 minutes, without moving. It’s incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.
At this point, it’s honestly unbelievable how consistently bad the service is.

Ordered a meal and upon picking it up the employee informed me they were out of half of the items on my order. When I asked what we were supposed to do about it they informed me, “Well you ordered from the kiosk, if you had have ordered from me I would have told you that.” This seems CRAZY to me considering Wendy’s is encouraging customers to order from the kiosk. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
