we bought a large cheese pizza for around $18.95 . when it was done no one even told us!. our pizza sat up at the counter while the girl working there looked at herself in the mirror and walked around. I kept looking at the counter waiting for them to call our number . when I finally went up to find out what happened to our pizza they tried to give it to us after it sat there for 20 minutes. I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t let you know the food was done. we requested a refund and the manager gave us one. I’m surprised this restaurant is even still open. we won’t go back.

Honestly, the whole experience was better than anticipated. Given how run down the whole mall is, I had reservations about how good it would be. But the food was delicious. The service was great. And the garlic sauce was to die for. Only real complaint was the restaurant was a little on the warm side and felt a little run down. Could definitely use a bit of a refresh. But I’ll definitely be coming back here a little more often. I was very impressed.

This is by far the worst Sbarros I’ve ever ate at!!!! The pizza was as hard as a rock even though the cook said she had just taken it out of the oven! And the veggie calzone my friend ordered was even worse so I definitely do not recommend going there when at Marley station mall. I know their aren’t a lot of choices anymore in the mall but all of them are going to be better then Sbarros! P.S. it’s also way too expensive!!!!!

On 09/06/2023 at approximately, 6:00 pm my family and I went to the Glen Burnie location for dinner. When we walked in there weren’t any customers but there were two workers. One at one of the tables on her phone and another behind the counter. The worker behind the counter, walked to the end of the counter where we were standing and asked, “What would you like?” we asked if they had Chessey bread. The worker immediately said, “No, we don’t do that”. My husband said, “OK, but I’m confused. I order online all the time and I order cheesy bread from my son. Is it called something else or is it only offered online”. Without responding, the worker yelled in Spanish to someone in the back something and walked away, and stood by the register. After standing there for a minute or two we decided to leave. Which was actually the best decision we could have made. We actually went to Marcos Pizza in Crofton, MD which was a much better experience: better consumer service, better pricing, and great quality!!!

Ordered Sbarros from Door Dash. Got my wife and I each slice of pizza and two baked ziti’s only received one but got our money back. I use to work back in the near a Sbarros and would go their almost everyday for lunch. This food has went downhill. They use to give you more sauce with the ziti well its hardly any and to top it off the pizza crust was hard as a rock. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I just love this place n my favorite is the pizza n baked ziti!!! One Sunday I really wanted some baked ziti so it was like 530 n the close at 6pm on Sunday,I got there like 550pm n they were really quick and great they actually went to get me some baked ziti cause it was empty n time to close it only took like 7 minutes to get me some fresh it was delicious!!! I’m ready to go today after work and get me some more .thanks for service just wish there were more Sbarro’s around Baltimore city county not so far away !!!! But it takes like 15 minutes from my house to get there so that’s a plus.i also really wish they didn’t close the ordiance rd location that was upsetting to me
