Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Came and spent around $40 for two meals and a kids meal just to have every single meal have something wrong with it.
My bacon avocado burger only had avocado on half of it, the bacon was chewy and just all fat and it was loaded with so many onions I couldn’t taste anything else. I was charged for a large onion ring and only received a medium.
My kid didn’t receive his cookie either for his meal. They rang up our other meal as a medium when we said large over 3 times.
My husbands meal also just had giant pieces of pepper like they threw it together as fast as they could. The lid of his drink wasn’t even on so it also spilled all over the car.
We order frequently and this has never happened. The lady taking our order couldn’t be bothered, she was talking so fast and in a rush to the point you couldn’t understand anything she said, she was probably high honestly.
Refused to give us our total at the mic and refused to listen even when we tried to correct the order. I get lunch rushes but this is ridiculous, safe to say I will stay ordering from a different location and recommend you do too.

Spent $15 for them to make me sit in line for twenty minutes even though I was an online order and they were using the B lane they had me stay in the main line so my order was extremely cold. Then after wasting my time they got my order completely incorrect with everything I did NOT ask for. Used to be good but can no longer recommend wasting your money with them.

So I went to this location. Walked in a lot of uber or Uber eats. Whatever you want to call them was in there trying to get their orders. Never once was we greeted or anything. They look straight at us. Not said a damn word so we left. They just lost a sell. This has happened multiple times, not just this location but other locations too.

I ordered 3 burgers through UberEats. I wanted WhataSauce to dip my food in. UberEats did not have an options for the sauce so I ask the delivery person to ask them for some sauce for me. The employees seem very unpleasant except the cashier. The African man not sure if he was a manager or not but screaming at the cashier about the sauce was extra cost. Well they should add a button on UberEats for the WhataSauce especially if you want money for it.

For the amount of time I had to wait for my food NOTHING was fresh.. my fries were cold, chicken sandwich was ok but sooo dry. There was only one car ahead of me an one behind me so I don’t understand the issue. SMH management was no help they told me my cold fries were fresh the dropped them their self .

I couldn’t find a Christmas pajama for just one of my children, so to make it up to her, I promised her my favorite drink (the what-a-fresher). I was so happy to see they closed at 6 so I rushed over, only to find out that they closed 10 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. I get it.. it’s Christmas Eve… but maybe don’t be a Scrooge next time.

1,000/10 stars!! KT was absolutely wonderful to me and my fiancé. I ordered a Honey Mustard Whatachicken Club (which isn’t on the menu anymore but can be customized). I’ve had issues with it before, but KT reassured me he’d make it happen—and he did! He truly went above and beyond. KT is such a great representative of Whataburger, and I’ll keep coming back just for his amazing service!

Make sure you try certain foods before driving away. I didn’t think to try my hashbrowns and they are hallow and hard. Couldn’t go back as I have a baby who was ready to get out the car. Other than that most of the time the food is good, service is pretty good

Pros: breakfast, shakes
I am biased as this place is a childhood fave. I ordered a Whataburger $3.99, Spicy chicken sandwich $4.79, garden salad $6.88 and strawberry shake $2.74 online for pickup. The sandwich was definitely spicy! The burger was good too. The salad was ok but missing carrots and and hardly a tbsp of cheese. Can’t go wrong with their shakes.

Food was made wrong, when asked to remake it shift manager was very rude and arumentitive. However the cash it and two other staff was very nice and did not agree with the rude manager, kitchen from veiwpoint looked really unsanitary and filthy , this a great place during the day but after 10 pm or so I would Highly recommend going somewhere else
