I had the worst experience. The lady at the drive thru was beyond rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She cut me off several times and had an attitude when I asked a question. Not only did my experience start off horrible but I then waited in line behind only one person for 15 minutes!!! Completely absurd for a fast food place that was by no means busy. Then on top of that my food was made wrong, I will never and I mean never come back to this restaurant or reccomend it to anyone.

Went through drive thru. Lady at first window was very rude and snatched things out of my hand. The guy at the second window was very nice! I get home and start eating my food and the chicken in the snack wrap is still pink. Yet no one answers the phone.

We stopped by this McDonald’s late on a Saturday night after a long flight and had a great experience. We ordered through the app, went through the drive-thru, and the young guy working the window couldn’t have been more pleasant or polite. Our food was hot, fresh, quick, and completely accurate. Really appreciated the friendly service that late at night.

One of the worst McDonald’s i have visited. The place was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting as well. Several employees in the kitchen bur they were si slow and disorganized. It took 28 min fir 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 hashbrown. The place was not super busy. Also one food handler wasn’t wearing a glove while another kept rubbing his nose/mouth while making sandwiches. At one point he leaned down to talk to another worker on the other side of where they prep the food. His mouth and face was 4 inches from a sandwich he was making while he was talking. This is real not made up. Disgusting

Ordered a large double filet meal and they gave me a medium pop. After going back and forth with the manager she said “thats just how they ring up. It would be an up-charge to get a large drink.” When the original meal I ordered was a large meal??? Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered

It says their dining room hours are until 11, I got here at 10:50 and the doors were closed…. I walked here so this is unfortunate as I can’t really go through the drive through without looking stupid.

Ordered on the app to get food here while in a local hotel. Did cubside and only waited 2min before it was brought out to our vehicle. Food was as expected and hot with no issues on our order. Overall good experience.

Both Kiosks were down. Sat at the register like an idiot waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. Just when I thought someone was finally coming to take my order, he grabs a cup and walks out to the lobby to help himself to a drink. Didn’t even look at me.

Left a post six year ago only thing that’s changed is the design of the store. Manager still rude and foods never really fresh. Fries always like warm and burger patty looks dry. I even ordered everything fresh. The big bosses sits in the lobby and still no change. The big bosses have bad attitude be warned about the dark skin one with the short hair style she’s super rude and spicy. The older lady that looks like Beethoven who doesn’t even know how the store operates is just a rude. As I visited tonight at 10pm the doors was locked and the floors was being cleaned. The door says a close time of 11pm. This location doesn’t honor their contact to the public! I made this post at 10:55 still before 11pm. If you see any good reviews just know their crew have to do reviews for the business. I’ve watch crew in lobby have to complete a survey on break, some places tell the crew it’s the only way to get their break meal. It’s always the one manger with the accent lite skin, he from a different country don’t care how he treats us.

I at the McDonald’s around 8:50pm Christmas Eve. Door was open but one black lady comes to the door saying we are closed. I think this unprofessional behavior. If the store is closed they should locked the door.
