Unfortunately we had a bad experience this time. We came here because I absolutely LOVE the mushroom ravioli that is back for a limited time. First and foremost our waitress was GREAT! She was not the issue in any way, shape, or form. We tipped her with all the cash we had in the end. Our dinners came out (everything up to this point was great) and my ravioli was still frozen. Hey, things happen no biggie. Came out the second time colder than the first. At this point a manager came over trying to fix it by having me order something else. No thank you I’ll wait for the dish again. 25 mins later and at this point I am no longer hungry and would like to leave as my husband was also done eating. Finally another manager came over with said dish. I then asked if we can just get the bill. They were still cold btw. I will say the manager did not charge us for the meals but I’m still puzzled on how this was such an issue? I did finally get to eat them after I threw them in the microwave later that night. Just don’t order the mushroom ravioli I guess!

Absolutely disgusting experience. When did Olive Garden start making you feel like a criminal when asking for more bread sticks after only bringing 3. The chicken in the Alfredo was like chewing on a rubber ball and the lasagna had zero flavor. Over processed trash food for double the price it used to be with garbage wait staff. Never again, this is exactly why people are eating out less 80 dollars for 2 people with desert and no alcohol is outrageous to pay for food you can buy in the frozen section at Walmart that probably tastes better

Usually don’t review chain restaurants but my experience here today was stellar. Service/food was incredible. Xander took care of me and he was amazing. Portions were massive and left very full. Will absolutely be back

The Olive Garden was not very busy around 3pm.when we arrived. We were seated promptly. We had some new Sicilian drink and a margarita. Drinks came promptly and were delicious. We both ordered eggplant Parmesan. Which was delicious. The endless salad was unbelievably delicious.service was excellent and a very pleasant experience.

I went here for a birthday, I haven’t been here in a while and that’s a shame because this is my favorite restaurant. The service was absolutely top-notch. I can’t remember her name but she serves Ray and Julie. It was Ray’s birthday. Anyway, I told the server I was absolutely starving as soon as I sat down and if I could get salad or some breadsticks. She went away immediately and came back within a minute with something for me to eat while we waited for the rest of the guests to arrive! I’m so sorry I forgot your name, I will ask Ray and I will edit this review to include your name. However I’m sure you know who you are if you’re reading this! Food is absolutely amazing, I recommend the lasagna frittas. I have never been to a bad Olive garden!

Excellent food of course but the service we received was second to none which is not the norm these days. We met up at this particular Olive Garden with a bunch of friends visiting from out of state for Christmas. The staff was unbelievably awesome, accommodating and friendly. Big thank you to Becca!

Basic restaurant with a lot of space. Their apetaizers and bred sticks are really good and I highly recommend it, but the rest of the menu is nothing special in my opinion. A lot of dishes are very greasy and contain a lot of oil or butter. Plus there was a hair in my food. It was quickly taken care of and I have got a new dish for which I didn’t have to pay for, however I already lost my appetite. I wouldn’t recommend this place

My son and I went on Veteran’s Day and it was amazing! From the staff, to ordering. To delivery of our meal, perfection. 5 star all the way! Even though his meal was “on the house”. I had the salmon and asked for the brocoli to be well done and dressing for the salad on the side. Even though every seat in the house was taken, she got it right. Not only that the food was timely. Wow! Kuttos to the Management for running a tight ship. PS…We got a booth in 5 mins.

My friend and I both had our id’s checked by the managers before we could get our drinks after our server Janine okayed them and gave them back and never said there was an issue and took our drink orders, which that situation mad us a little uncomfortable. The we had to ask twice for everything after we got our food because she was too busy sitting at a table with other staff talking. At the end when I was trying to pay my bill on the kiosk at the table it would not work, so we kept pressing the call server button. Which she never came, so one of us went to get somebody at the front but ran into her on the way and finally got some service. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had here. Always was great before yesterday.

It’s a normal chain, but oh, so lovable!! Had a great experience with great server, manager who cared, food that tasted good, and air conditioning on a hot and humid day. Perfect for a light lunch when running errands. And, with their current promotion, having four meals for the price is an extra special benefit.
