Chik fil a is always a good idea. By far the best chicken sandwich. And the nuggets are actually real chicken. Don’t pass on the Chik fil a sauce, it’s a winner.

So me and my friend were trying to decide on what to eat and I pulled into Chick-fil-A and I’ve only had a couple times but I really wanted a chicken sandwich and I got a chicken club n !!! It was fresh and exactly what I was thinking about!!! Now let’s see if we can get the same treatment and food freshness when I go back… I seem to always have that omen…

The final order I make here. I go to the order window, they ask my name and for my order and I say “chick Fil a deluxe, just the sandwich, chick Fil a sauce, and a frosted root beer.” The order person says “what was your order” I repeat myself verbatim again. They say “do you want sauce with that?” So clearly they can’t hear or aren’t paying attention. I repeat myself again. They read back my order so fast I didn’t catch the mistakes and they try to charge me for a chick Fil a deluxe meal with fries and a frozen Dr Pepper. I get to the window, tell them I didn’t order a fry and I hear them say “he doesn’t want the fry” attempting to blame me for the issue. I leave and realize the frozen root beer was a frozen Dr Pepper so I come back. I get back the window at 9:50, 10 mins before close. By the time I get to the window and say they messed up they say “I’m so sorry we’re done with the ice cream machine tonight.” They give me a refund in cash, of course tax not included in the refund. Unbelievable. This place has messed up my order so many times and I let it slide but this was the final straw. Not going back.

Chick-fil-A was playing with our food today. We waited over 30 minutes for my friends order and they lost it in their system. It was a mobile order and I thought that was supposed to be the most efficient way to get your food. The rest of us have finished eating and actually we’re still sitting here waiting while I’m writing this review. Chick-fil-A in Sloans lake wherever we are, please do better.

Three months ago my disabled friend ordered 12 nuggets with no nugget sauce. Management made him pay $.50 for a salad dressing.
This is not the Chick-Fil-A I grew up with and worked at as a teenager.
So far, I’ve saved $430 not going to Chick-Fil-A.
Your nickel and dime strategy to tax the poor has cost you more.

Yes visited multiple times in the past month to pick up doordash orders only one has been smooth and good I want to note write about this one for specific reasons so my order was ready before arriving to store saw it on the point of entry I went to the register that for picking up delivery there were to employees already there when I walked up I said I have order for pick up names Sandra they both looked at me then continued speaking to each other as she took a women order that worked their I then decided after hearing them talk to proceed with asking for my order in Spanish I then got hold on with total wait time of 7 minutes before getting my order while watching a employee go to the back three times with out a hello or validation of me waiting then asked the other dasher who spoke Spanish and walked in minute after I arrived was asked first while I got told to hold on again the whole time being able to see order and name then got told after waiting 7bplus minutes and being behind on my order and delieving cold food to a customer to show them my phone to make sure order was confirmed I have 100% completion rate which means every order I’ve had make it to the customer interactions find it offensive that you see a flash hear a click and get photo of for information that they need to see my phone that has private info on it when you can see clearly I confirmed at time of pick up it also cause me to have to repeat actions I’ve already done which takes time

I got there exactly at 10:30. The Manager with the curly hair told me to check if breakfast was still available. I waited for the next car and asked her. She told me there’s no breakfast for you. I ordered nuggets to make my own breakfast. Ask for honey they refuse to give me a couple extra very dissatisfied. I thought this was supposed to be good. Customer Service. I will not be using this Chick-fil-A anymore.

2nd time where handicap restroom completely out of paper and a mess! Tables were dirty upon arrival and noticed no-one cleaned after others left their tables. Not up to past standard, very disappointing.

EVERY TIME I go to this chick fil a, there’s always something missing from my order, oh but they always make sure to charge for everything even if they don’t put it in the bag. How upsetting! This is the third time this happens.
