I love this Chick-fil-A. They’re super fast. They’re always super clean. Everything always on point they have great customer service and the food is always super hot and delicious. also, they have great parking spots for a lot of cars.

Whomever the lady is at the window does not show Chic Fa La customer service skills. In fact she lacks the company moto and is not courtesy at all.All I asked was for some sauce since i forgot to order it and she turned to her fellow co workers and made a statement saying Yall. And turned back to hand me one sauce: now usually with any order we are given 2. I’m not here to complain about the sauce but the customer service is what I have an issue with. Stay true to your vow to working for a company who respects customers to the fullest. I didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary and just for that I am complaining because nobody after me deserves to be treated that way when you ask for something simple: i hope that she is redirected in how to handle small situations and still using the motto my pleasure when a customer ask for something when needed.

I have never reviewed before however this was the best chick fil a of my life. While on a roadtrip we stopped here and it was awesome. The manager was so nice and talked it us. So fast and clean. I left them a watercolor painting of my appreciation. They had coloring sheets and stickers that I’ve never seen at chick fil a before. So amazing I will be driving the 5 hours just to come back here.

Staff at the drive thru was pretty rude, insisting they didn’t have our mobile order ready because we hadn’t stopped at the ordering quiosk, even though we had spoken to a girl who told us to pull forward. We didn’t get the condiments we asked for in the online order or spoons for our yogurt parfaits. This is the first Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to where I felt like I was inconvenienceing the staff by expecting them to do their job

Employee too busy talking to her friends to take my order. I finally, after 2 people got ahead of me, I stuck head out of my window and asked her would she please take my order. She finally stopped talking and was short with me. Manager brushed me off without an apology or anything else. Not the great service chic filet is known for. I won’t be returning to this location and will be telling everyone I know about your bad service and flippant attitude

A rare miss for Chick-fil-A. We did our order on the app and arrived around 11:30 a.m. food was brought up on the table in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the fact they brought the drinks out first so we could enjoy them while waiting on our food.
There were a couple of minor issues and one big issue.
Small issues. The side salad did not come out with the red pepper strips like it was supposed to and the hot sauce that was in the order, was not with our food. Neither of these items are a huge deal, and easy to fix, just frustrating they don’t follow the order that was entered into the app. I did confirm both of those items were listed on the receipt that was taped to our tray when it was brought out.
Big issue. One of our entrees was a grilled chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken that was in this sandwich was, in my opinion, very undersized for the sandwich.

Very disappointed with the Thomson . We just came from briarwood grandparents day where we were told that if we went to chick fila that a portion of sales would go to the school. Got here at 10:45 to be told by Brianna (marketing) that didn’t apply until 11. Really. 15 minutes

Try the New Honey Pepper ️ Pimento Chicken sandwich and was so delicious , but yet it smaller then the original chicken sandwich i have the original also and it plain with a pickle and the chicken is much larger then on the new chicken sandwich which is price way higher then the original for a smaller piece of chicken. The service is very slow even when I order on the app and I been waiting for bout 15 mins just standing there waiting for my mobile order.
