Wingman Hot Chicken is… an experience. The food is definitely cooked fresh, but you’ll pay for it both in time and in dollars. The building itself is tiny and hotter than their buffalo sauce, with just one small area to sit inside — which feels more like waiting in a crowded hallway than dining. There’s a picnic table out back if you would like to sit.
The staff isn’t rude at all; they’re just busy and efficient, trying to keep up with the steady flow of orders. My food came out fresh — the fries were excellent, crispy and well-seasoned, and the burger gave me “fresh Sonic” vibes (not a bad thing except the price).
I ordered the buffalo-style chicken tenders, which were massive and hand-breaded. Unfortunately, they were way too salty. I couldn’t tell if it was the breading or the sauce, but it was overpowering.
Overall, it’s not bad food — the quality is there, and the portions are generous. But between the price, the wait, and the salt overload, Wingman Hot Chicken probably won’t make my list of go-to spots.

I have tried nearly every place in Lebanon for their fries, though only now did I decide to make a review account. While I will be criticizing the service and all of that, the fries are the most important to me. That said, onto the review.
Fries: Style: Standard Fries. a slightly yet satisfying crunchy exterior with a soft interior. These fries are good, but have pockets of air in them sometimes. The seasoning is peppery, almost tastes similar to paprika as well.
Other food: I decided to order the classic chicken tenders with the french fries. The meat is tender and soft, easy to bite into and not much crunch. If you like softer chicken tenders, I highly recommend these. Sadly, Wingman Hot Chicken does not give bbq sauce unless you are staying to eat (I got it to go but still chose to eat a bit in-house to give a proper review).
Atmosphere: the atmosphere is nice, though cramped and not many chairs; however, the business is small so that is to be expected. It gives a minor sports bar vibe, offer A/C at the table inside, and even hand sanitizer.
Service: The service is nice and friendly, but not many employees sadly. That said, your food can take 10-20 minutes, depending on the line and what you are ordering.
Overall fries rating: 8.5/10, be sure to order a large fry with your main food. You don’t get very many.

I got wings and fries. The wings we exceptional and the fries were great much better than any fast food around. I got the honey BBQ sauce in my wings and thought it was good! The man working let me try a couple sauces before I chose the BBQ which I was so greatful for because I’m pregnant and didn’t want anything too spicy haha!
My husband got the chicken gizzards I didn’t try them myself. But he said they were a bit in the salty side for him but that the gizzards themselves were great. He said he would definitely get them again and just ask for less seasoning.
It is small inside so to-go is probably your best best. We didn’t have a long wait. Service was good.

AMAZING!! The two gentleman in there were so kind and polite. We got hot catfish and tenders and they were fried to perfection. Not only were they cooked great but there was tons of flavor in the extra hot chicken which is not common. Very fair priced as well. I’ll go as far as far to say it was better than BJ’s hot chicken and even Dave’s. Will definitely be coming back!

Food is made fresh it’s good employees are nice my only problem is the portion size for 15 dollars for a small double smash burger and 5 onion rings is not worth it to me there are better options burger wise im gonna guess the rest of them menu is skimpy portions aswell ate my meal and still left hungry I doubt I will ever be back

Guys. Do your self a favor and just go! I am a buffalo chicken connoisseur if I must say so myself. This place hits the spot everytime. The tenders are huge! The fries are seasoned and crispy! You will have to wait for your food because they make everything fresh!! I love the traditional buffalo sauce it’s so good! I haven’t tried anything else yet, but I’m sure I’ll be just as impressed. The staff are always sooo friendly when I come through. Best new chicken place in lebanon. CHANGE MY MIND!

Ordered a mild 3 piece( small tender ) & choice of side was fries. with a red velvet slice of cake with a dr. pepper no ice. and a ranch cup. it was 16.44 after tax. a decent price for this amount of food.
Tenders are whole tenders and by the second one you’ll be full. 10/10

Yall when I tell you this is the best burger I’ve had in Lebanon i’m not joking. The burger was fresh and high quality. The chicken was excellent and full of flavor. Really excited to have this new spot open near us
