This CiCis used to be great but over the past few years it’s went down hill.
The bathroom is disgusting, no idea the last time it had a good clean. Stuff stuck to the walls and stalls, toilet had poo and pubic hair all over it and in it. And it has this odor- I think in the tile grout due to not being scrubbed/washed properly.
The buffet- we came between 12 and 1230- peak time right? Nope only a couple of people dining and barely any pizza on the buffet. Everything was either Pepperoni, spicy or looked like it had been dehydrated from sitting there so long. Took them about 30 minutes to get some pizza rolling out good and the buffet stocked back up. All the pizza was kinda runny almost under done on top but the bottom was crunchy almost burnt- think the temp was too high on the oven. Asked for a taco pizza and they said they were out of the ingredients – that’s why I had liked CiCis it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and it’s know for the funky pizzas. Like the Mac n cheese, the taco pizza, the buffalo chicken and the bbq chicken- but they didn’t put any unique pizzas out. All in all I’d rather have gotten a hot n ready from little Caesars than gotten the buffet. Just doesn’t seem worth it anymore if it’s not being held to the standards it should be.

They had one person working the front, running in the back and getting Parmesan off the line for my wings. She did all she could and kept a smile, but management should have done a better job of scheduling. This was on last Sunday. Food was decent. I’ve had better. This was my first time at this place.

Tyler is so wonderful!! I come here at least two times a week and he is always so helpful. The atmosphere has a way of just keeping you there for hours! Tyler employees are just as sweet but I hope I’m spelling her name right but I think it’s Azharia not sure and Kayden. I came in earlier today and got the cinnamon rolls and buffalo mild wings and they are to die for! And Kayden assisted with that very kind and helpful also. I’m not just a customer here I’m family and EVERYTIME I visit I feel as if I’m visiting my son Tyler working . I don’t think I would come back if he ever stopped working here because he just that friendly. I witnessed myself how it was time for him to go and the employees actually was trying to beg him to stay!! IF THAT AIN’T A SIGN OF GOOD LEADERSHIP I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS!!! Anywho, But seriously there is not enough stars for how good they are. CORPORATE THEY NEED A BONUS BECAUSE I SPEND MORE HERE BECAUSE OF THEM AND THEIR GREAT SERVICE!!

We have eaten at Cicis in Florence a few times since moving here last year. Food quality is mediocre at best with the pasta being the only decent thing. Pizza never has enough sauce but this last time was the worst. Had a custom pizza made and he delivered the entire pizza to the table. It tasted like the phase oil. Was soggy as all get out and when I asked to take the rest of it home for my animals all she said was “are you going to pay for the pizza?” When I told her it tasted like uncooked phase oil with no sauce all she said was “what you mean?” Like duhhhhh lady. And they proceeded to toss the pizza in the trash soon as we left. It’s sickening to see that especially with all the problems with charaties(salvation army) struggling to find food.
Burping up cucumbers and we both feel woozy.

Came in to simply order garlic bread and the order took over 30 minutes to come out. Then they brought out cinnamon rolls and the manager just mentioned she could give me a refund. Not sure what of service they’re running here. Beware.

The pasta was drowning in water, the pizzas dry, no diet coke available, the only good thing was the chicken at an exorbitant price. Tables and chairs were dirty; a restaurant was without flavor or atmosphere. I would not come back.

While the food tasted good I’m not sure we should have eaten it.
Restaurant was dirty. We counted 8 tables (after we paid – too L8 thn) unbussed.
Paneling was coming off the walls in the dining area, men’s room was terribly lacking, & baby seats/chairs were filthy.

I would say this food was hot trash, but the majority of it wasn’t even hot, so let’s just say it was trash. The tomatoes on the salad bar were rotten, I pulled out one that completely black and molded and set it to the side. The cucumbers were bad, the lettuce was barely edible.
The couple of pizzas they had on the bar at 6p were cold and gross. The pasta was completely water-logged, the sauces had been sitting so long they had formed “skin” on the tops.
This gaping hole in the ceiling was actively leaking, not even a foot from the food and was dripping on people as they walked under it.
We should’ve known it was going to be disgusting when we noticed the “B” rating on the door.
