They don’t deserve no stars they need better people’s who wanna work this lady here said I was lying about my order. We spent 70 bucks for this old lady to be rude. Stood in line for 2 min for straws what does the sign says exactly pay attention to your customers. I was missing 40 nuggets this old lady was like I give them to u the whole time it was behind her. I need corporate number or something to be done. I swear this reason I hate going to any McDonald’s i go for the kids. They have like 10 people’s working but take 30 min on each order. Come on now burgerking only has 5 peoples working n they dont take 30 min what the hell is going on with McDonald’s. People’s if this old lady dont like her job then go somewhere else. I also video believe me it going viral. This old lady gonna be so famous. And then what made me lol she try talk shit to me talking shit behind the counter honey no no very unprofessional. I think she was can’t handle this job.

Made a Mobil order accidentally put just sweet tea I ask the sweet person at the mic and she said she would fix it with pleasure. I get to the window big Hispanic ladies gets after me and was so rude! If I gotta do it correct you should to. Where is my Tea?? This taste like it been sitting around and she gave it to me. The employee with black glasses and a grey shirt provided very poor customer service. I ordered three buffalo sauces through the kiosk, but due to a system issue, I only received one. When I explained the situation, she rudely told me I needed to pay for the other two sauces, even though my kiosk order clearly showed that I had ordered them for my chicken nuggets. I completed and paid for my order correctly, and the situation was handled unprofessionally.

A few times I habe been here. Its closest to where I live. They are always out of something and seems the workers dont want to be there. Makes a person uncomfortable for even stopping thru. Now not everytime but 7 out of 10. Staffs demeanor is fusteration, seems like its a probelm to ask for condiments, like how dare I ask for ketchup for my frys..or napkins.

Unfortunately, eventhough I drove through drive-thru,after making it to the window (you wonder why many choose to go to Chick-fil-A), I placed a simplified chicken sandwich order, I requested barbecue sauce (was charged twice – didn’t receive), fries – without salt, (cold fries with salt), extra extra pickles or place in a small cup (was charged – but only received 3), and Spirit – no ice (crazy thing, I received a full cup of ice). Sadly, to avoid the frustration and the delay of waiting, I left. For now on, restroom stop only, if truly a reason

Avoid on a friday night. The wait time was 35 minutes on drive through. I know it was 35 because of a youtube video i watched while i waited. The only realson I stayed this long was because I put a mobile order in and had already paid for it. Without exaggeration I saw at least 10 cars get out of line simply to leave. This location is likely understaffed or poorly managed.

Worst place to dine in!!! Service for an order over 20 minutes!! Big Mac had old dry patties!! French fries were cooked with old cooking oil!!! I used to work in a steakhouse” high school days.'” We always changed oil after closing time ,daily!! These fries ,had a burnt oil taste! Yuk!! Never coming to this forsaken place!!! Shut it down!!! Oh, the men’s restroom needs repairs, surprise!! . The toilet had an unattached toilet seat!!! The seat apparently is a freestyle floating seat! Disgusting!! Thank God I didn’t have a need to use it!
