We had dinner here and and originally was seated in the bar area at a table. After about 15 minutes, no one came not even to bring menus or civil wire. I asked to be moved to a regular dining area and the service was better.. But the GLASSES for drinks was NASTY looking. The wife’s steak was a little tough for a rare and my parmesan chicken was very salty. So I’m not sure if I’ll be going back this steakhouse.

I was looking for a steakhouse for lunch one fateful Thursday afternoon and, alas, Longhorn steakhouse raised to the top of the list above the other one i was considering nearby. The reason was because of the reported better quality meat. So, how was the meat? While the price for the bone in ribeye was reasonable, and the taste (charring included) was delightful, the cut itself had So. Much. Fat. that i left l left a quarter of the steak behind (see picture). When I get a steak at a restaurant, I compare the quality of the meat to what I get in my half steer order from my local butcher. I’m finding these steakhouses are a notch (or three) below what you find at a local farm. Unfortunate! Also, the sweet potato was not fully baked. The good news is that their strawberry and pecans salad was really nice. All to say, I’ll try the other place next time and see how it goes. #bechego

Last night we dined at LongHorn Steakhouse in Cleveland, and while I came hungry, I left mostly confused.

Let’s start with the broccoli. It was barely introduced to heat. Cold, crunchy, and essentially raw. I took one bite and stopped because… who orders steakhouse broccoli hoping for a side of salad-grade trees?

The sweet potato, however, was the MVP of the plate. Warm, soft, comforting — honestly, thank God it showed up because it was the only thing that felt like it wanted to be eaten. Both stars for the sweet potato.

My filet was cooked perfectly, which made what came next even more tragic. It was absolutely smothered in what I can only describe as Satan’s personal pepper blend. So much black pepper that I coughed while eating it. I had my son try it to make sure I wasn’t being dramatic — he confirmed his ribeye had the same seasoning assault. It was borderline inedible unless you’re training for a ghost pepper competition.

Our dinner guest ordered a salad with salmon, which arrived looking nearly white and so overcooked she barely touched it.

As we sat there, two gentlemen walked up to the hostess stand to pay their bill because their waiter never came back — same waiter we had. Our service was very slow, but honestly I could see he had a massive section and seemed to be doing the best he could. The table next to us even sent food back (we overheard the apologies), so clearly the kitchen was having a rough night.

All in all, this was one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time.
Great sweet potato.
Perfectly cooked steak… ruined by a pepper apocalypse.
Cold rawish broccoli.
Overcooked salmon.
Slow service.

I really wanted this to be a great LongHorn experience — instead it was more of a cautionary tale.

We had a party of 24 (ended up with 25) in there tonight, 10.30.25 for my mother’s birthday. From my call on Tuesday (spoke with Ethan) and then again this morning (spoke with manager Supreme). I was assured that they could accommodate us. Some of us arrived early to make sure they could get us in, and they were already ready for us. Huge thank you to everyone involved in getting our tables set us and getting us seated, to Peyton and Marie for being THE BEST AND MOST ATTENTIVE SERVERS! 24/25 is a large party, and everything was seamless. We got drinks, bread, appetizers in a very timely manner, and we each got our entrees very timely AND everyone’s order was perfectly prepared. I can’t thank you all enough for being amazing today and every day.

Food was alright. Service was friendly. I recommend reservations as it does get really busy and kitchen gets backed up. Took a star off since we didn’t get our appetizers until after our entree meals.

Usually I love LongHorn. This one was not what I was expecting. My Steak was overdone and actually burnt on the bottom side. The shrimp was good. The best part of the whole meal was probably the salad.

I am pretty sure I paid for an 8oz Sirlion but only got a 6oz. The server said he checked he put it in right but still not sure it was right.

Judah, our server was amazing! He was super sweet and he kept our drinks full.

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse on Friday, February 13th to celebrate my sister’s birthday. While there was no issue with wait time, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

The food was mediocre at best that evening. However, the service was by far the most concerning part of our visit. Our party of five was seated promptly, yet two tables that arrived after us were greeted, had their drink orders taken, and even placed their food orders before our server ever came to our table. While I understand that everyone can have an off night, this level of delay was unacceptable.

Additionally, the table we were seated at wobbled so badly that we had to place napkins underneath it to prevent our drinks from spilling, once we were finally able to order them. Our server checked on us TWICE throughout the entire evening, while we observed her regularly attending to her other tables. We felt forced to interrupt other servers to request drink refills because ours was consistently absent.

Our appetizers took approximately 40 minutes to arrive and were not hot when served. Our entrées followed just 10 minutes later, which further suggests a lack of attention to pacing and service. Throughout the entire experience, no manager stopped by our table to check on us.

This was meant to be a special birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on this visit, the Cleveland location has significant room for improvement in both service and management oversight. It is unfortunately clear why many people choose to dine in Chattanooga rather than in our hometown.

I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the level of service provided at this location.

We had an amazing experience during our last visit . Our waiter Jarrell was outstanding. He knew just what we needed before we even asked . Checked on us every 5-10 minutes . He was just outstanding!!! You need about 10 more employees just like him. Will definitely ask for him on future visits ..,, Good service is hard to find and we eat out at least 2 times a week… keep up the great job

Pourterhouse Steak Over Seasone and to thin of cut ~1/2″.
1st steak came out overcooked. Staff happily brought out 2nd steak while my wife was eating a perfect 8 oz med-rare 2″ thick serloin steak.
Salad and baked potato was excellent.
Staff compensated us graciously.
I’m always suspicious of over seasoned meats…

This place always disappointing for the money spent. The store Hamilton, place always serves up everything correctly. I had to delete my last review to give you this one. It was over a year ago I wished I have read it before. I came back. I’ll say this if you want disappointment, go to this store. Keep driving past this store.
