Bull & Bear Roadhouse Grill is a hidden gem with serious flavor! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming—perfect for kicking back and digging into some seriously good food.
The grilled meats were cooked to perfection, the burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, and the sides? Absolutely killer (do not skip the mac & cheese ). The staff was friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home.

We had an awesome meal, and our server i believe her name was olivia (she had black hair and tattoos)made the whole experience even better. From the start, she was welcoming, upbeat, and super attentive without hovering. She walked us through the menu and gave great recommendations — the BBQ platter and the classic cheeseburger she suggested were both absolute winners.
She kept our drinks refilled, checked in at perfect times, and made sure everything came out exactly right. She had such a friendly, easygoing vibe that made us feel comfortable and taken care of the whole time. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and wants her guests to have a great experience.
Between the delicious BBQ, juicy burgers, and her top-notch service, this place is definitely going into our regular rotation. We’ll absolutely be back — and we’ll be asking for Olivia again!

Met my wife here for lunch, plenty of free parking. Food was served quickly. Reasonable lunch prices. Food had good portion size and good flavor. Would definitely eat here again. I see they also host Syracuse Trivia on certain nights.

She had the BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese. I had the Brisket Poutine. Both were excellent and came out rather quickly. Server was Olivia, who was bubbly and attentive. Prices were reasonable for the portion size. All in all, this could be a regular stop for us.

Terrible food. Got my meal to go by ordering through their direct website. The “Ring of fire” burger was bland and honestly tasted like a plain cheeseburger aside from the humongous whole lettuce leaf. Advertised with “Santa Fe sauce” and “fresh pickled jalapenos”. The sauce was basically water seeping out of the bottom and had no particular taste at all. “Fresh” jalapenos are straight from the jar. Fries were soggy with not a grain of salt. Their garlic Parm sauce is basically butter, garlic, and water by the looks of it. Incredibly disappointing from a place that is currently under a huge renovation and charging $16 for a burger and fries. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll probably go to McDonald’s.

Stopped by for dinner. Not a good move on a Saturday night though as the place was overrun by large groups who got there just before us!
Once we were seated our waitress was pleasant and helped us navigate through the options. We settled on the Poutine appetizer and a salad as during our wait we saw the portion sizes!
Drinks and eventually our food came. Both items were tasty. Gargantuan quantity justified our selection and we ended up not finishing either.
My biggest problem was the noise level. Music was blaring and for groups to talk with each other they had to yell over the din. This made the noise level worse and we could not wait to get out.

Bull and Bear Roadhouse is a great option for anyone looking for a place to stop along interstate 90. They are just a quick detour off the highway with easy access on and off form both directions. The service was great, we were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and seated quickly. Our server was attentive friendly, and knowledgeable. The drinks were good, but the food was great. We started with the Loaded Salt Potatoes and the Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls both of these were very good. Despite the name the Loaded Salt Potatoes are not overly salted, they are loaded with pulled pork, bacon, and cheese. The Rebel burger was perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and loaded with flavor. This will definitely be a part of my future travel plans through this area.

Lots of places to park. They have a full bar. The bathrooms were clean. There is Wi-Fi. There is also a pool table and a section place for a party.

Had to go to the Airport and chose here for lunch. Not disappointed. Had their feature Meat Sweat burger and a couple of Guinness to wash it down. Got lucky and hit it at happy hour. Burger was on the money. Michelle W was our hostess. Friendly and attentive. Can’t think of anything that would have made the experience better. Well done!!!
